November 22

6:40 a.m. Patrol monitored the school bus stop at Westford Street and Hanover Road.

10:44 a.m. A summons was received for an East Riding Drive resident. It was served, in hand, at 11:36 a.m.

12:11 p.m. A Nathan Lane resident came to the station for legal advice and was assisted.

2:21 p.m. A disabled vehicle on Westford Street posed no hazard. Patrol assisted at the scene.

6:53 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

November 23

1:12 a.m. Patrol investigated an erratic operator reported at West and Acton Streets and had a negative find.

7:16 a.m. A Russell Street resident reported a possible phone scam.

7:55 a.m. NSTAR was notified of a power outage on Church Street.

10:51 a.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a dog walking in the roadway at Westford Street and Munroe Hill Road.

11:16 a.m. DPW was notified of logs in the roadway on East Street.

5:19 p.m. Patrol advised parties involved in a landlord/tenant dispute on Fiske Street.

5:24 p.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a River Road dog that ran off.

5:31 p.m. Patrol investigated a disabled vehicle at Curve and Westford Street and found that the owner planned to remove it.

9:24 p.m. A suspicious male on South Street checked okay.

11:09 p.m. A suspicious bicyclist on Bedford Road checked okay.

November 24

5:37 a.m. A River Road resident complained about a dog barking in the yard and was advised.

8:46 a.m. A wire across the road on North Road was moved from the road and Verizon notified.

11:24 a.m. A 21-year-old, reported missing from a North Road residence, was subsequently found.

1:22 p.m. Patrol set up a sign that had been knocked down at West Street and Pope Road.

5:18 p.m. A suspicious vehicle at North Road and the Visitor’s Center checked okay.

5:41 p.m. A vehicle was stopped at Lowell Street and Wolf Rock Road and subsequently towed for having a revoked registration. A summons will be issued.

9:51 p.m. Patrol investigated a light on at the ski barn on Lowell Street and found the situation appeared secure.

10:14 p.m. Patrol secured an open door at the Town Hall on Westford Street.

November 25

12:55 a.m. Patrol removed rocks in the roadway at East Street and Blaisdell Drive.

1:03 a.m. A disabled vehicle on East Street was towed.

3:25 a.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious person on East Street and subsequently took a young adult into protective custody for being under the influence of alcohol. The young man was picked up at the station by his father later that night.

12:56 p.m. A vehicle was stopped at Westford Street and Rockland Road. The operator will be summonsed for operating with a suspended license.

November 26

9:25 a.m. A 911 misdial from a Cross Street residence checked okay.

9:26 a.m. A resident contacted the station for legal advice.

11:03 p.m. Concord Police called to alert Carlisle Police about a vehicle heading to Carlisle. Patrol located the car at Bedford Road and Foss Field and charged the operator with failure to yield for a stop sign and with a junior operator violation.

November 27

12:08 p.m. Loose horses were reported on Brook Street.

12:11 p.m. A bicyclist on Brook Street was brushed by a car. He refused transport to the hospital. No charges were filed.

2:49 p.m. NSTAR was notified of branches on a wire at Concord and South Streets.

5:38 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of erratic operation on Westford Street and had a negative find.

November 28

8:20 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on River Road.

9:11 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Rutland Street where there was a power outage.

11:10 a.m. An odor investigation at Maple Street and the Billerica line was handled by the Fire Department.

11:59 a.m. A suspicious vehicle at Bedford Road and the boat launch checked okay.

6:54 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Lowell Street in the center.

7:22 p.m. NSTAR was notified of a power outage on Old East Street.

9:23 p.m. A neighbor issue on Maple Street was reported and logged. ∆
