Police Blotter

September 20

6:18 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a carbon monoxide alarm on Autumn Lane.

6:38 a.m. Patrol helped three horses in the road at Brook Street and East Riding Drive return home with their owner.

12:25 p.m. Patrol investigated a disabled vehicle on Concord Street. The owner planned to remove it.

6:54 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

8:16 p.m. A dog was found on Russell Street.

September 21

3:04 a.m. A fire alarm activation on Hartwell Road was cancelled by the alarm company.

9:50 a.m. A parking ticket with a fine was issued for a parking violation on School Street.

9:57 a.m. A moving truck blocking the roadway at School and Church Street was advised and moved.

6:17 p.m. A message was left for the Dog Officer about a lost dog on River Road.

6:48 p.m. Patrol went to the scene of a domestic dispute on Cranberry Hill Lane.

September 22

5:06 a.m. Patrol checked out an abandoned 911 call from Elizabeth Ridge Road; it checked okay.

6:22 a.m. A Timothy Lane resident reported two dogs with harassing behavior after speaking with the homeowner responsible for the dogs. The Dog Officer was notified.

8:03 a.m. Patrol was called to the scene of a domestic dispute on Judy Farm Road.

8:06 a.m. Patrol investigated a report of bicyclists riding three abreast on West Street and had a negative find.

11:09 a.m. Patrol investigated a report of two children walking unattended on Lowell Street. The children had missed their school bus and were transported to their mother.

12:57 p.m. Stakes were removed from a driveway on Sunset Road.

1:14 p.m. Patrol assisted at the lockdown drill at the Carlisle Public Schools.

1:37 p.m. A court restraining order was received for an individual involved in domestic abuse reported on Judy Farm Road.

1:53 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of a possible sick fox on Concord Street. The fox left prior to patrol’s arrival.

2:27 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Church Street.

2:27 p.m. A restraining order was served, in hand, on Judy Farm Road.

September 23

2:12 a.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious person at Bedford Road and the Rotary. The individual checked okay.

4:32 a.m. NSTAR was notified of a tree down in the road at Brook Street and Peter Hans Road.

7:53 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Westford Street.

8 :55 a.m. A Lowell Street resident reported past damaged political signs.

2:35 p.m. Patrol stopped an erratic operator at East and Rutland Streets.

3:16 p.m. Patrol assisted at a track meet at School Street and the Spalding Building.

8:17 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at Acton Street and Heald Road where wires were arcing.

9:31 p.m. Patrol assisted NSTAR at the scene of arcing wires reported in the previous item.

September 24

8:35 a.m. A South Street resident reported a past larceny.

12:59 p.m. Mutual aid was given Chelmsford Police to locate a suspicious vehicle, later located in Chelmsford.

2:18 p.m. A restraining order issued for a Judy Farm Road resident was vacated.

3:46 p.m. Patrol investigated a disabled tractor at West and Acton Streets and determined repair was en route.

6:14 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of an erratic vehicle operator at Concord Street and Buttrick Lane.

September 25

1:40 a.m. Mailboxes on Bedford Road were knocked down, but vandalism was not involved.

7:05 a.m. DPW was advised of a raccoon in the road at Westford Street and Rockland Road.

9:09 a.m. The Dog Officer was advised of a loose dog at Bedford Road and the Rotary.

9:53 a.m. A dog in the road on West Street was returned to its owner.

10:08 a.m. A traffic hazard on Cross Street was moved.

11:08 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on School Street.

3:39 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious person at the library and the situation checked okay.

5:49 p.m. A message was left for the Dog Officer about a missing dog on Maple Street.

September 26

7:50 a.m. The Dog Officer was advised of a lost dog on Russell Street.

12:19 p.m. Special service on School Street. Antenna installation with ladder truck at school.

September 22

2:18 p.m. Medical emergency on Church Street. Concord Fire Department ambulance responded with mutual aid to Carlisle and transported an 80-year-old female to Emerson Hospital with ALS.

September 23

7:55 a.m. Medical emergency on Westford Street. Concord Fire Department ambulance responded with mutual aid to Carlisle. The patient refused transport.

8:16 p.m. Wires burning outside on pole at Acton Street and Heald Road.

September 25

11:10 a.m. Medical emergency on School Street. Bicycle accident. One person transported to Emerson Hospital.
