Police Blotter

September 13

7 a.m. Patrol assisted with traffic on River Road while NSTAR was working.

3:39 p.m. Patrol helped a Craigie Circle resident free a possum stuck in a French drain.

8:21 p.m. A resident reported a barely visible person walking in the dark at Westford and Acton Streets; patrol investigated and had a negative find.

8:30 p.m. Patrol investigated an unknown person on a trail on private property near Cranberry Hill Lane.

September 14

3:15 a.m. Concord Police asked for help on Concord Street near the Concord line in relation to a past break-in in that area; patrol had a negative find.

7:22 a.m. A resident complained about construction workers speeding at Munroe Hill Road and Nathan Lane; workers were located and advised.

September 15

5:34 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Stearns Street.

6:54 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a motorcycle accident on Maple Street. One person was transported to the hospital.

9:18 a.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a barking dog complaint on Robbins Drive.

10:57 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a truck lockout on School Street.

3:47 p.m. Kids skateboarding on the hill on Heald Road were advised.

4:31 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

9:06 p.m. A missing juvenile reported by Concord was found okay.

September 16

8:20 p.m. A suspicious vehicle on Indian Hill Road checked okay.

11:20 a.m. An East Riding Drive resident reported a past dog attack; the Dog Officer was notified.

12:16 p.m. A suspicious male at Cross Street and Bingham Road checked okay.

3:55 p.m. A Russell Street resident reported a lost dog; the dog was at the pound.

6:11 p.m. The cruiser hit a deer at Westford Street and Johnson Road.

September 17

7:35 a.m. A vehicle was stopped for erratic operation at Bedford Road and the Bedford line.

1:14 p.m. A Bedford Road resident reported an erratic operator. Patrol investigated and had a negative find.

September 18

10:14 a.m. A parking ticket with a fine was issued for a vehicle at Spalding Field and Church Street.

10:40 a.m. Patrol investigated a report of loose horses at Lowell Street and Ember Lane. The horses were located and returned to their owner.

11:05 a.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a dog complaint by a Maple Street resident.

11:37 a.m. A warning parking ticket was issued for a parking violation at Spalding Field and Church Street.

11:55 a.m. An East Street resident reported missing mail and garage doors open.

12:19 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout at Banta-Davis Field.

5:42 p.m. Patrol investigated a disabled vehicle on Bedford Road.
