Police Blotter

June 21

6:40 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Church Street.

10:58 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Autumn Lane in response to a fire alarm.

2:32 p.m. Patrol investigated an audible alarm in the Rutland Street area and had a negative find.

9:19 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of a house party on Pheasant Hill Lane. They found teenagers consuming alcohol. The matter continues under investigation.

11:43 p.m. A license plate was found on Brook Street and brought to the station. Police notified the owner.

June 22

12:40 p.m. Patrol investigated a burglar alarm received from a Pheasant Hill Lane resident and found everything appeared in order.

3:24 p.m. A South Street resident reported fraudulent credit card use; the card was lost and purchases subsequently made on it.

June 23

1:20 a.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious person on Bedford Road; the check was okay.

6:37 a.m. Patrol removed a tree from the roadway at Brook and Maple Streets.

8:34 a.m. Patrol investigated a disabled motor vehicle on Lowell Street.

8:48 a.m. A Virginia Farme Lane resident reported a chipmunk in the house.

8:59 a.m. A bird feeder and nest at Westford Street and Towle Field were destroyed by an animal presumed to be a bear.

9:19 a.m. Two vehicles blocking the library lot were advised and moved.

2:15 p.m. Patrol removed a tree branch in the roadway on Cross Street.

4:42 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of an unregistered solicitor on Maple Street and had a negative find.

5:53 p.m. A suspicious vehicle on North Road checked okay.

6:31 p.m. A Restorative Justice Circle was held at the station.

8:36 p.m. Patrol checked a report of a suspicious vehicle reported on Martin Street and had a negative find.

9:10 p.m. Patrol investigated an audible alarm reported on Brook Street and was unable to locate it.

9:45 p.m. Patrol helped Billerica Police look for a vehicle involved in a hit and run in that town and had a negative find.

June 24

9:04 a.m. A resident borrowed saw horses from the station.

9:15 a.m. A police officer assisted with funeral traffic on East Street.

11:01 a.m. DPW was notified of debris in the roadway on East Street.

11:39 a.m. Patrol was present at the scene of a neighbor dispute on Maple Street.

12:44 p.m. A male whose motorcycle needed gas and could not find a gas station in Carlisle knocked on doors on Westford Street asking for gas. Patrol found that he checked okay.

1 p.m. A 57-year-old Carlisle resident was arrested for OUI, brought to the station and bailed out later in the day.

4:40 p.m. A dog was found on Westford Street and attended to by the Dog Officer.

5:28 p.m. Dispatch notified NSTAR of a power outage on Judy Farm Road.

5:30 p.m. Dispatch advised NSTAR of a tree on wires on Westford Street.

5:50 p.m. Dispatch advised NSTAR of a tree on wires on Judy Farm Road.

10:49 p.m. A one-car vehicle accident on West Street is under investigation. The operator left the scene.

June 25

8:30 a.m. An RUOK check was made on a resident at the Church Street apartments.

9:27 a.m. Dispatch notified DPW of a traffic hazard on Judy Farm Road.

10:10 a.m. A Carlisle Police Officer assisted Concord Police at the scene of a structure fire in that town.

10:39 a.m. Dispatch made a repeat notification to NSTAR about a tree on the wire on Westford Street.

10:44 a.m. Dispatch advised DPW about a tree in the roadway on Judy Farm Road.

12:01 p.m. Dispatch received a 911 call about a dog in the road on West Street.

12:24 p.m. A data collector from the U.S. Dept. of Labor checked in with police.

5:03 p.m. A Baldwin Road resident reported a small fire in the fire pit and was advised.

5:06 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle reported at Baldwin Road and Stearns Street and had a negative find.

6:33 p.m. Dispatch received a complaint of a motorist going by a horse and rider too fast on Curve Street.

8:16 p.m. A West Street resident reported loud music playing in the area.

9:35 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of an erratic operator at Concord and South Streets and had a negative find.

10:28 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of an erratic operator at Concord Street and the Concord line and found the operator checked okay.

June 26

1:46 a.m. Patrol checked the ski barn where lights were on and found it appeared secure.

9:30 a.m. A parking ticket was issued on Lowell Street.

11:02 a.m. The Police Department assisted with Old Home Day.

11:16 a.m. Patrol assisted on East Street where a bicyclist was down.

11:43 a.m. An Old Home Day participant sustained a possible laceration at the Plaza and the Spalding Building. The cut was minor and there was not a medical call-out.

11:52 a.m. A missing adult male at the Plaza and the Spalding Building was found okay.

12:21 p.m. A camera was found at the Plaza and the Spalding Building. It was brought to the station and tagged.

3:19 p.m. A Maple Street resident requested legal advice.

3:33 p.m. Dispatch notified NSTAR of a tree on wires on Westford Street.

7:50 p.m. An East Street resident reported a person yelling profanities into his cell phone.

10:16 p.m. A vehicle accident occurred at East Street and Nickles Lane.

June 27

7:22 a.m. Patrol investigated a burglar alarm received from a Hart Farm Road residence and found the residence appeared secure.

8:27 a.m. Patrol made a well-being check on a resident at the Church Street apartments. The resident checked okay.

10:34 a.m. A vehicle rolled into a ditch on East Street because the operator forgot to put the car in park. AAA was called.

2:03 p.m. A Koning Farm Road resident reported that a dog stole a chicken. The dog officer was notified.

4:24 p.m. A motorcycle was parked behind the Spalding Building on School Street.

5:43 p.m. Dispatch notified NSTAR of a large branch on wires on Westford Street.

10:03 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of an erratic operator on Westford Street and had a negative find.
