March 8

9:52 a.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

11:37 a.m. A resident came to the station to be fingerprinted.

1:39 p.m. A suspicious vehicle at the Greenough Land lot was investigated.

1:55 p.m. A dog complaint was taken from a North Road resident. The Dog Officer was notified.

3:03 p.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a dog roaming the bogs.

4 p.m. A police officer made a bike patrol of Curve Street and the bogs during the Girl Scout tour.

9:31 p.m. Mutual aid was given to Concord Police who were looking for an individual in Carlisle who was determined to be living in Concord.

March 9

4:48 p.m. A suspicious person at Westford Street and Towle Field was investigated and checked okay.

8:12 p.m. An open door at Fiske Street and the Chelmsford line checked okay.

March 10

1:54 p.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a dog complaint at River Road and Prospect Street.

2:25 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a house lockout on Church Street.

3:11 p.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a dog found on Meadowbrook Road.

4:09 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

8:45 p.m. Patrol looked for a suspicious black SUV reported at School Street and the Robbins Link Building.

9:18 p.m. Patrol looked for an erratic driver reported by a Lowell Street resident and had a negative find.

March 11

12:17 a.m. A speed monitor was set up at Lowell Street and Ember Lane.

11:40 a.m. A distress alarm from a South Street residence was determined to be accidental.

5:05 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of a car parked in the road at Lowell Street and the ski barn and had a negative find.

March 12

10:35 a.m. Patrol investigated a burglar alarm from a Nickles Lane residence. The property was secured with the homeowner.

7:41 p.m. A domestic dispute on Long Ridge Road was resolved by the parties involved.

March 13

10:24 a.m. A suspicious vehicle at West and South Streets with no one around appeared okay.

11:20 a.m. A 911 call from the emergency phone in the elevator at the library was confirmed accidental.

2:57 p.m. A police officer’s presence to keep the peace was requested on Lowell Street.

March 14

3:39 a.m. Patrol cleared a tree branch from the road at Lowell Street and Elizabeth Ridge Road.

7:14 a.m. West Street was closed because of a tree on power lines; NSTAR was notified.

7:42 a.m. Utilities were notified of a tree and wires down on Milne Cove Road.

8:36 a.m. DPW was notified of a water back up at a culvert on Autumn Lane.

8:55 a.m. Tree and wires down at West and Acton Streets. DPW notified.

9:04 a.m. Water across the road at Cross and Westford Streets; DPW notified.

9:56 a.m. Road breaking away at Concord Street. DPW notified.

10 a.m. A disabled vehicle at Westford and Concord Streets was moved.

10:43 a.m. Water in the basement on Baldwin Road; patrol assisted Carlisle Fire Department.

1:47 p.m. Driveway washed out on Cross Street; DPW notified.

2:47 p.m. A resident was arrested at the scene of a domestic dispute on Brook Street, taken in custody, brought to the station and bailed out later in the day.

2:52 p.m. Patrol investigated a commercial burglar alarm on South Street; everything was okay.

4:14 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a disabled vehicle at Spalding Field and Church Street.

8:35 p.m. Patrol made a well-being check on Maple Street and found everything okay.

9:42 p.m. Water was reported coming onto the roadway from a pond at Concord and South Streets.

March 15

5:13 a.m. Patrol assisted the DPW at School and Church Streets.

5:30 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Concord Street.

5:55 a.m. The school bus company was notified of roads closed in the town.

6:17 p.m. A Fiske Street resident reported water in the basement; patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene.

7:41 a.m. Patrol assisted the DPW on Concord Street.

7:49 a.m. DPW was notified of a dead tree near the roadway on Acton Street.

8:01 a.m. A disabled vehicle was removed on Concord Street.

8:12 a.m. DPW was notified of the road shoulder collapsing on East Street.

8:15 a.m. Police monitored traffic on East Street.

8:34 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on East Street where there was water in the basement.

9:27 a.m. Patrol advised a resident on Rutland Street where sand bags were causing a water problem.

4:19 p.m. Patrol investigated a burglar alarm on Heald Road. Everything appeared okay.

5:25 p.m. A Hart Farm Road resident reported possible credit card fraud.

5:44 p.m. A Bedford Road resident reported suspicious activity. Patrol checked, found everything okay and advised the resident.

5:57 p.m. DPW was notified of a traffic hazard on Tophet Road because the road was being undermined.

5:58 p.m. Patrol checked roadway conditions at Craigie Circle and Peter Hans Road.

6:47 p.m. A West Street resident reported possible credit card fraud and was advised.

8:31 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Palmer Way where there was water in the basement.
