8:07 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Lowell Street where there was water in the basement.
11:34 a.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a stray black greyhound on West Street.
12:15 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a lockout on Maple Street.
6:44 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Heald Road. The patient was transported.
7:15 p.m. The operator of a vehicle stopped at Bedford Road and Foss Field will be summonsed for operating with a suspended license.
2:06 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Bedford Road. The patient was transported.
11:46 a.m. A resident came to the station to be fingerprinted.
2:05 p.m. A child’s car seat was installed at the station.
2:39 p.m. Four loose horses at Lowell Street and Litchfield Drive were led back home.
3:00 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

11:32 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Indian Hill Road at the scene of a carbon monoxide alarm activation.

1:24 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Sunset Road where there was smoke in the home.
10:01 a.m. A tree limb was reported hanging over power lines on Judy Farm Road.
10:04 a.m. DPW was notified of a large limb hanging over the road on Judy Farm Road.
12:22 p.m. A coyote was reported in the area of Kimball’s ice cream stand on Bedford Road.
2:19 p.m. Patrol investigated an alarm from the ATM on Westford Street and found everything appeared okay.
2:43 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of a possible medical problem at East Street and East Riding Drive and had a negative find.
3:07 p.m. Patrol assisted a Maple Street resident in a civil matter.
8:05 p.m. Patrol investigated an erratic driver on Lowell Street. The vehicle was stopped in Chelmsford and the matter handled by Chelmsford police.
9:21 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a disabled vehicle with a flat tire on East Street.
5:55 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Woodbine Road.
12:08 p.m. The Dog Officer was notified of two loose dogs on Hartwell Road.
1:07 p.m. Patrol investigated a possible money scam; a man was going to churches in town asking for money.
2:42 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious blue pick up reported in a driveway on Maple Street and had a negative find.
2:54 p.m. Carlisle Police assisted Concord Police looking for a man who had left Emerson Hospital on foot when there was a warrant out for his arrest. He was caught in Concord.
3:01 p.m. A man reported he had been jogging at Brook and Maple Streets and was approached by an older man and asked how much he would charge for sex.
3:03 p.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a greyhound running around the neighborhood on Heald Road.
3:50 p.m. A summons was received from the Concord District Court for an East Meadow Lane resident. It was served in hand at 4:15 p.m.

5:37 p.m. Patrol investigated a parking dispute reported by a Maple Street resident and had a negative find.
7:50 a.m. Patrol investigated a burglar alarm at Church Street and the Corey Building. It was accidental.
12:36 p.m. Patrol responded with the Fire Department at the scene of a carbon monoxide alarm on Bingham Road.
5:04 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a carbon monoxide alarm on East Street.
12:06 p.m. A safety hazard was reported at Concord and Westford Streets where open house signs were in the road. Patrol found the situation checked okay.
2:16 p.m. Patrol investigated a disabled vehicle at Westford Street and Munroe Hill Road; the vehicle had a tire problem and help was enroute.
1:13 a.m. A Concord resident called for information and was referred to Concord Police.
9:37 a.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a dog in the rotary.
1:00 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a house lockout on West Street.
1:23 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle on South Street and it checked okay.
4:49 p.m. A dog was reported in the roadway at East and Maple Streets; patrol had a negative find.
7:25 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Nowell Farme Road where a smoke detector was beeping.
8:41 p.m. A lost dog was reported on Fiske Street.
8:42 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on River Road.
2:01 p.m. A past minor vehicle accident at West Street and Pope Road was reported.
3:11 p.m. Patrol assisted at Lowell Street and Elizabeth Ridge Road where a car was unable to make it up the hill because of snow. DPW subsequently sanded the hill.
6:29 p.m. A car off the road on East Street was winched out.
10:38 p.m. Patrol assisted the Dog Officer at East and RutlandStreets where hounds were running down the street.
6:43 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Lowell Street.
8:49 a.m. An Old Quarry Lane dog owner reported his/her dog had been injured by an unknown animal; the Dog Officer was notifed. The dog died in treatment.
5:48 p.m. A vehicle accident with no injuries was reported at Maple and Brook Streets.
11:46 p.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a lost Golden Retriever on Bingham Road. The dog was subsequently found.
2:10 a.m. A Lowell Street property owner was informed of an open door.
9:23 a.m. A suspicious male at Westford Street and Towle Field checked okay.
11:20 a.m. A Davis Road resident reported a possibly sick raccoon. Patrol investigated and had a negative find.
12:52 p.m. Patrol investigated a disabled vehicle on Spencer Brook and and found AAA was enroute.
3:30 p.m. An erratic operator at Bedford Road and Stearns Street checked okay.
11:49 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Russell Street.
1:42 a.m. Police notified the owner of an unlocked door at a Lowell Street business.
9:30 a.m. A traffic study was conducted on Westford Street.
5:25 p.m. A well-being check was made on Westford Street.
6:36 p.m. Past mail box vandalism on River Road was logged.
1:18 a.m. Patrol investigated a burglar alarm at School Street and the Spalding Building. An open door was secured and the situation checked okay.
11:35 a.m. A burglar alarm was received from a Hartwell Road residence. The owner was determined to be at home.
12:08 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of dogs barking at Foss Field and found all was quiet.
1:58 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Log Hill Road.
9:23 a.m. Barking dogs were reported at Foss Field. Patrol investigated and found all was quiet and no dogs were seen.
9:38 a.m. Two bags of trash in the roadway on Westford Street were removed.
11:17 a.m. A burglar alarm from an East Riding Drive residence was determined to be accidental by the home owner.
1:20 p.m. A complaint was made by an Orchard Acres Drive resident having a problem with the neighbor’s dogs.
2:38 p.m. A Brook Street resident reported past mailbox vandalism.
7:14 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of dogs running down the road at Cross and Westford Streets and had a negative find.
8:13 p.m. An East Street resident made a tailgating complaint and was advised. ∆
