Police Blotter

January 4

8:21 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a water problem on Spencer Brook Lane.

9:21 a.m. Firearms were brought to the station for safekeeping.

10 a.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

10 a.m. A second Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

10:56 a.m. Carlisle Police received and executed a search warrant for a property in Chelmsford. This was related to a breaking and entering investigation.

2:38 p.m. Patrol assisted on Nathan Lane at the scene of a residential fire alarm; the alarm proved to be accidental.

3:30 p.m. A bike patrol was made on Lowell Street.

3:30 A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

January 5

8:09 a.m. A truck on Lowell Street created a traffic hazard and it was moved.

6:24 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle at Maple Street and the Greenough Land lot.

January 6

8:34 a.m. A Tophet Road resident reported a coyote in the street. Patrol investigated and had a negative find.

8:56 a.m. A resident came to the station to be fingerprinted.

10:50 a.m. A complaint about tailgating in the town of Concord was referred to the Concord Police

2:25 p.m. A court summons for a witness was served in hand to a River Road resident.

9:13 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a fire alarm on Nathan Lane.

January 7

7:29 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a disabled vehicle on Lowell Street.

6:38 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

January 8

1:10 a.m. Patrol investigated a commercial burglar alarm on Bedford Road. The situation appeared secure.

11:14 a.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a found dog at School and Russell Streets. The dog was returned to its owner.

11:30 a.m. A complaint about a dog at Bedford Road and Banta-Davis Field was received. Patrol assisted the owner of the dog.

5:12 p.m. Boxes in the roadway at Westford Street and Towle Field were removed.

January 9

10:34 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a funeral at School Street and the First Religious Society.

5:48 p.m. Patrol responded at the scene of a 911 call on Rutland Street and subsequently arrested an individual involved in a domestic assault.

January 10

12:20 a.m. Patrol investigated a burglar alarm received from Church Street and the Wilkins Building; the situation appeared secure.

12:38 a.m. Patrol arrested an adult who left the scene of a vehicle accident on Munroe Hill Road. ∆
