December 14

10:50 a.m. Police participated in a DARE program at the Wilkins Building.

11:10 a.m. A credit card found on Overlook Drive was held at the station and picked up by the owner.

11:21 a.m. A Tophet Road resident borrowed a Havahart trap at the station.

11:29 a.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a loose dog at Curve Street and the bogs.

3:08 p.m. A vehicle was stopped on Westford Street and subsequently towed.

December 15

2:08 a.m. NSTAR was informed of a power outage on Baldwin Road.

7:43 a.m. A Church Street resident reported speeding cars. Patrol checked and had a negative find.

10:16 a.m. Ammunition found in the roadway at Bedford Road and the Bedford line was turned over to the Bedford Police.

11:18 a.m. The Dog Officer was notified of dogs in the roadway at Lowell Street and Orchard Acres Drive.

1:22 p.m. A trailer in the roadway on Concord Street created a traffic hazard and was moved.

December 16

12:57 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a house lockout on West Street.

7:12 a.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle on Maple Street and determined it would be removed that day.

11:09 a.m. A dog found on Bedford Road was picked up by the Dog Officer.

12:40 p.m. Wires hanging on a pole created a safety hazard at Concord and South Streets. A utility crew was on scene.

1:13 p.m. A sick raccoon on Buttrick Lane was put down.

4 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

5 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

9:44 a.m. A speed monitor was set up on Lowell Street.

3 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

3:08 p.m. Patrol investigated a disabled motor vehicle at Church Street and the Wilkins Building. A tow was on the scene.

3:18 p.m. Police investigated a past break in on Rutland Street.

December 18

9:47 a.m. NSTAR was notified of a branch on wires on Brook Street.

11:35 a.m. Police investigated a suspicious vehicle at Cross and Westford Streets. It checked okay.

11:52 a.m. The vehicle in the preceding item was stopped at Concord and Russell Streets.

12:36 p.m. Police are investigating a past breaking and entering (B&E) on Martin Street

2:15 p.m. Police are investigating a past B&E on North Road.

3:59 p.m. It was reported that a motor vehicle had gone into a mailbox at Russell Street and Robbins Lane. Patrol investigated and had a negative find.

9:18 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a house lockout on Davis Road.

9:44 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle with no one around at Spalding Field and Church Street.

December 19

1:30 a.m. A ticket with a fine was issued for a parking violation on Acton Street.

9:30 a.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

10:33 a.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious male at School Street and the First Religious Society and had a negative find.

10:51 a.m. DPW was notified of a large branch about to fall in the road on Maple Street.

11:56 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a disabled motor vehicle at Concord Street and Clark Farm Road. The operator was removed from the vehicle.

2:16 p.m. DPW was advised of an icy roadway on Wolf Rock Road.

3:01 p.m. A bank card was found at the ATM on Bedford Road; the owner was called and picked it up at the station.

5:15 p.m. The Dog Officer was notified of barking dogs reported on River Road. The parties were advised.

5:16 p.m. A car parked off the road at Acton Street and Heald Road checked okay.

6:07 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle at Curve Street and the bogs; it was gone on recheck.

December 20

6:46 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a single vehicle accident on Bedford Road; there was no personal injury.

3:14 p.m. A black and white dog was found on Martin Street.

6:40 p.m. Lost dogs were found on Cross Street.

December 21

12:50 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a disabled vehicle at Cross and Westford Streets.

1:01 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

1:06 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of erratic operation at Lowell Street and the Chelmsford line and had a negative find.

6:21 p.m. A restraining order was served at the station.

December 22

6:05 a.m. A dead deer at Westford Street and Hanover Road was moved off the roadway and DPW notified.

10: 15 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a house lockout on Westford Street.

10:21 a.m. An ATM card was found on Westford Street and the owner notified.

12:46 p.m. DPW was notified that plowing and sand were needed at Davis Road and Maple Street.

1:01 p.m. Patrol secured an open door on Orchard Acres Drive; the scene checked okay.

10:44 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious male at Maple Street and the Greenough Land lot; the situation appeared okay.

December 23

8 a.m. A traffic enforcement operation began at 8 a.m. and concluded at 2:38 p.m. Thirteen vehicles were stopped.

8:22 a.m. Patrol investigated a disabled garbage truck on Westford Street.

10:45 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Carriage Way where there was a fire alarm activation.

3:35 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on River Road where water was coming out of a home.

4:35 p.m. Traffic control was provided at St. Irene Church on East Street.

5:17 p.m. A found dog was given to its owner at the station.

5:59 p.m. A jogger in all black was reported at Lowell Street and Elizabeth Ridge Road. Patrol investigated the report and had a negative find.

8:24 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Cross Street.

December 25

8:28 a.m. A well-being check was made on Church Street.

1:40 p.m. A Martin Street resident requested a house check.

4 p.m. A lost terrier-mix dog was found safe on Bedford Road.

6:22 p.m. A Mill Pond Lane resident reported harassing phone calls and was advised.

December 26

7:09 a.m. DPW was called out for slick roads.

10:25 a.m. A Bedford Road resident made an ongoing complaint about sled dogs.

8:49 p.m. Patrol assisted the Concord Police with an arrest on Autumn Lane.

10:38 p.m. A Jeep was reported driving through the fields at Curve and Fiske Streets but had gone when patrol arrived at the scene.

10:51 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle with no one around at Westford Street and Towle Field.

December 27

5:50 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Wilkins Lane.

6:20 p.m. A wallet was found and returned to its owner at the station.

7:58 p.m. A suspicious person on Robbins Drive was advised.

8:04 p.m. DPW was advised that roads were icing up.

December 28

8:51 a.m. Patrol investigated a burglar alarm on Baldwin Road and determined it was set off by the cleaner.

12:24 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle at the Gleason Library and determined it belonged to a contractor.

2:37 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

December 29

7:33 a.m. A minor vehicle accident with no personal injury occurred on Westford Street.

7:48 a.m. A minor vehicle accident with minor personal injury occurred on School Street.

8:25 a.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a lost dog on Fiske Street.

8:33 a.m. A man on the ice on the Concord River checked okay.

8:41 a.m. Patrol investigated a disabled vehicle at Bedford Road and Foss Field and found AAA was en route.

9:50 a.m. A coyote was reported in a back yard on Nowell Farme Road; it was scared off.

9:57 a.m. Patrol assisted at East Street and Old East Street where there was a loose dog.

11:22 am. A detail was requested for a Comcast truck in the roadway on River Road.

2:13 p.m. A dumpster in the roadway at River Road and Prospect Street was moved off the roadway.

4:15 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

6:55 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout at Morse Road and the Transfer Station.

December 30

8:12 a.m. A traffic enforcement operation began at 8:12 a.m. and ended at 11:03 a.m. Seven vehicles were stopped.

9:45 a.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

11:33 a.m. A sign was reported missing at Lowell Street and North Road.

4:06 p.m. A traffic enforcement operation began at 4:06 p.m. and concluded at 5:32 p.m. Three vehicles were stopped.

4:25 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

December 31

7:07 a.m. A traffic enforcement operation began at 7:07 a.m. and ended at 10:35 a.m. Seven vehicles were stopped.

12:48 a.m. A suspicious vehicle at Morse Road and the Transfer Station checked okay.

8:47 a.m. A trespass notice was served on East Street.

1:45 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a fire alarm on North Road.

3:28 p.m. A fire alarm at the same North Road address as the previous item was cancelled by the homeowner.

4:49 p.m. A large long-hair setter-type dog was found on Acton Street. The Dog Officer was notified.

7:26 p.m. A Brook Street resident reported suspicious footprints in the snow. Patrol investigated and found the situation secure.

January 1

10:11 a.m. A well-being check was made on Long Ridge Road.

4:05 p.m. A Restorative Justice meeting was held at the station.

4:06 p.m. A traffic enforcement operation began at 4:06 p.m. and concluded at 5:32 p.m. Three vehicles were stopped.

5:21 p.m. Patrol found vandalism to light posts at Lowell Street and the ski barn.

January 2

8:18 a.m. A car off the road at Bedford Road and Stearns Street was removed by the owner’s tow. There was no injury.

9:42 a.m. A car was stuck in the snow at Westford and Curve Streets; the owner was unable to free the vehicle.

10:05 a.m. DPW was notified of a mailbox hit by a snow plow on Russell Street.

10:37 a.m. Patrol assisted on Bedford Road where a car was off the road in the snow.

4:26 p.m. Police investigated an abandoned 911 call on Woodridge Road and found the situation checked okay and that there had been a malfunction.

January 3

8:34 a.m. A well-being check was made on Church Street.

9:22 a.m. Police responded at the scene of a fight on Berry Corner Lane. Two persons were charged, one with assault with a dangerous weapon and the second with assault and battery. A court date has not been set.

7:37 p.m. Patrol responded at the scene of a possible domestic situation on Bedford Road. The situation checked okay and there were no problems. ∆

3:56 p.m. Motor vehicle accident on Robbins Drive. No transport.

December 22

3:20 p.m. Ambulance mutual aid to Concord Fire Department near Middlesex School on Lowell Road for vehicle accident. Cancelled.

December 23

3:47 p.m. Water problem on River Road. Water flowing out of house from broken pipes.

8:19 p.m. Ambulance mutual aid to Monument Street, Concord, per request from Concord Fire Department. A 72-year-old male was transported to the Lahey Clinic.

December 24

8:21 p.m. Medical emergency on Cross Street. A 57-year-old female was transported to Emerson hospital.

December 25

7:25 p.m. Medical emergency on Hutchins Road. An 85-year-old female was transported to Emerson hospital.

December 29

7:50 a.m. Motor vehicle accident on School Street. One driver was transported to Emerson hospital.

December 31

1:45 p.m. Alarm investigation on North Road caused by a broken water pipe.

3:28 p.m. Alarm investigation on North Road caused by workers there.

5:17 p.m. Medical emergency on Concord Road. A 39-year-old male was transported from the side of the road to the Emerson Hospital. ∆
