Police Blotter

October 26

2:31 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a gas odor investigation on Carriage Way.

5:35 p.m. An Indian Hill resident who had lost the keys to his car was given a ride home.

9:54 p.m. A suspicious motor vehicle at Bedford Road and Foss Field was investigated and checked okay. It was removed.

October 27

7:03 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a traffic hazard on Westford Street.

11:25 a.m. A past suspicious vehicle on Maple Street was reported.

11:30 a.m. A suspicious male on Hemlock Hill Road was investigated and checked okay.

2:42 p.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a dog in the intersection of West and Acton Streets.

3:04 p.m. The owners of vehicles impeding the school bus at Estabrook Road and Kibby Place were advised.

5:41 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Carroll Drive.

7:28 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Brook Street where wires were down and arcing.

October 28

1:02 a.m. Mutual aid was given at Lowell Street and the Chelmsford line to assist Chelmsford Police with a disoriented elderly male.

8:24 a.m. The Dog Officer was notified of a dog in the roadway on Lowell Street, trailing a leash.

11:42 a.m. Patrol removed traffic barrels in the road, at Bedford and River Roads.

5:18 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle reported at East Street and East Meadow Lane and had a negative find.

6:02 p.m. A cell phone was reported lost on Woodbine Road.

7:07 p.m. Police assisted with traffic at School and Church Streets.

October 29

1:04 p.m. A Berry Corner Lane resident reported a missing juvenile. The individual did not live in Carlisle and was out of Carlisle jurisdiction.

4:12 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency at North Road and the Visitors Center.

5:07 p.m. A suspicious male on East Street checked okay.

10:44 p.m. A Carlisle woman was stopped on Concord Street because of erratic driving and was subsequently arrested for OUI. She was held at the station overnight and taken to Concord District court when it opened in the morning.

October 30

12 a.m. A prisoner watch was maintained at the station.

9:13 a.m. A Maple Street resident reported a stolen mailbox.

10:20 a.m. Police assisted the school parade at School Street and Church Street.

11:20 a.m. A complaint about parking at the library was investigated and the car owner notified.

11:32 a.m. Illegal dumping was found on Lowell Street.

12:13 p.m. Bank of America security was notified that the ATM door at 7 Westford Street could not be secured.

12:54 p.m. A Shady Brook Lane resident reported possible identity theft. Bank security was notified of funds fraudulently withdrawn from his bank account.

4:40 p.m. A toddler caused an accidental 911 call from the library elevator.

4:53 p.m. A chocolate Lab was found on Westford Street. The owner was notified and picked the dog up.

6:05 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Log Hill Road.

October 31

12:31 p.m. A downed tree was moved to the side of the road and DPW notified.

12:43 p.m. A vehicle at South Street and Fifty Acre Way reported being struck by a limb. It was determined that the accident had occurred in Concord and the reporting party was advised.

1:57 p.m. An East Street resident reported gun shots. Patrol investigated and had a negative find.

2:20 p.m. The town of Chelmsford reported a possibly located lost dog; the Dog Officer was notified.

4:46 p.m. NSTAR was notified of a tree on wires on North Road.

5:12 p.m. A bike patrol was made in the Rotary/Lowell Street area during Halloween activities.

5:39 p.m. A minor one-car accident occurred at Foss Farm.

7:06 p.m. Patrol removed a branch from the roadway on Bedford Road.

7:32 p.m. Lost keys were found at Lowell Street and the Rotary and the owner notified.

7:32 p.m. A vehicle was struck by a falling limb on Bedford Road.

10:26 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a fire alarm on School Street.

November 1

10:01 a.m. A red Verizon flip phone was reported lost on Rutland Street.

10:40 a.m. A South Street resident reported a past sighting of a suspicious white van. Patrol investigated and had a negative find.

11:17 a.m. An Aaron Way resident reported a dog complaint.

11:28 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a box alarm at the First Religious Society on School Street.

12:55 p.m. A Lowell Street resident reported suspicious activity.

2:37 p.m. A hands-free ear-phone was found at Curve Street and the bogs. It was brought to the station, tagged and placed in the lost and found.

4:58 p.m. A well-being check was made on Cranberry Hill Lane.

4:34 p.m. Medical Emergency at Great Brook State Park. A male was transported to Emerson Hospital with ALS.

October 30

6:07 p.m. Medical emergency on Log Hill Road. No transport; patient refused.

October 31

8:59 p.m. Investigation by officer on School Street. Smoke detector problem in the Highland School.

10:27 p.m. Master Box fire alarm received for the Corey School Building on Church Street. ∆
