2009 OHD Parade Winners

Parade Chair: Tom Raferty

Tom Raftery was named Honorary Chair of the Old Home Day Parade. A long-time resident of Carlisle, Raftery has served on the Planning Board, Board of Selectmen, Mosquito cartoonist and as Town Moderator. He also volunteered on the Carlisle Conservation Foundation and the board of the Carlisle Elderly Housing Association. He and his wife Jan are moving to Cape Cod. (Photo by Dave Ives)
