Carlisle dedicates new Veterans Honor Roll

On Sunday afternoon more than 300 people gathered to honor the Carlisleans who have served in the military and to dedicate the town’s new Veterans Honor Roll Memorial. Carlisle teachers contract expires, negotiations continue
