Police Blotter

May 18

8:03 a.m. An officer was assigned to the district court in Concord.

8:26 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on School Street at the scene of a medical emergency.

1:26 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of a suspicious male on Maple Street.

11:36 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Tophet Road.

May 19

7:40 a.m. Police investigated an accident at Concord Street and Clark Farm Road involving a motor vehicle and a motorcycle. There was no personal injury.

8:36 a.m. A traffic enforcement operation began at 8:36 a.m. and concluded at 11:52 a.m. There were nine vehicle stops.

9:47 a.m. A warning parking ticket was issued for a parking violation at School Street and the Spalding Building.

10:02 a.m. A warning parking ticket was issued for a parking violation at School Street and the Spalding Building.

10:26 a.m. A vehicle on Concord Street was advised to move.

3:27 p.m. Patrol secured an open front door at a house on Stearns Street.

3:47 p.m. Carlisle police assisted Concord at the scene of a vehicle accident at Concord Street and the Concord line.

4:49 p.m. A resident came to the station to be fingerprinted.

May 20

8:13 a.m. A mailbox on Indian Hill Road was vandalized.

8:31 a.m. A resident reported the sign board in front of the library had been altered to make an obscene message.

9:08 a.m. DPW was informed of a dead animal in the roadway at Bedford Road and Brook Street.

10:20 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a disabled vehicle at Westford Street and the Westford line.

10:44 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Westford Street at the scene of a fire alarm.

1:17 p.m. A resident came to the station to be fingerprinted.

4:39 p.m. Carlisle police were requested to make a well being check on a child at Rocky Point. The situation checked okay.

5:58 p.m. A parking ticket with a fine was issued for a parking violation at Spalding Field and Church Street.

5:58 p.m. A second parking ticket with a fine was issued for a parking violation at Spalding Field and Church Street.

6:28 p.m. A traffic enforcement operation began at 4:28 p.m. and concluded at 7:49 p.m. There were eight stops.

7:00 p.m. Patrol made a well being check on Lowell Street; the situation checked okay.

10:06 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer on Westford Street.

May 21

12:35 p.m. A resident came to the station for legal advice.

2:07 p.m. Patrol investigated a speed complaint for East Street and Milne Cove Road and had a negative find.

2:44 p.m. Patrol responded to a call about a car alarm going off at the library. The operator was advised to call a mechanic.

May 22

6:45 a.m. Patrol investigated a disabled vehicle at River Road and Nowell Farme Road.

11:46 a.m. A School Street resident reported their storage shed was damaged overnight.

1:35 p.m. Stolen landscaping signs were reported on Brook Street.

4:46 p.m. A past possible hit and run at School Street and the Spalding Building was reported and is under investigation.

5:04 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of telephone wires down on Skelton Road; the situation checked okay.

5:54 p.m. Patrol responded to a call with the Fire Department for a lift assist on Nowell Farme Road. Transport to the hospital was subsequently furnished by the Fire Department.

5:56 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle at Bedford and River Roads; it checked okay.

8:10 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Munroe Hill Road at the scene of a fire alarm.

10:20 p.m. Mutual aid was furnished to the Concord Police Department who wanted to get in touch with a Fiske Street resident.

May 23

8:40 a.m. A traffic enforcement operation began at 8:40 a.m. and concluded at 2:32 p.m. There were five stops.

9:53 a.m. A past neighbor dispute on Fiske Street was reported.

11:57 a.m. A warning ticket was issued for a bicycle violation at Bedford Road and the rotary.

12:08 p.m. A warning ticket was issued for a bicycle violation on Concord Street.

5:45 p.m. Patrol investigated a possible underage party on Rodgers Road and determined the situation checked okay.

8:16 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a fire alarm on Blaisdell Drive.

9:02 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on North Road.

9:37 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle parked in a back lot on School Street; the situation checked okay.

May 24

6:14 a.m. The owners of a husky possibly hit by a car at Curve and Fiske Streets were notified.

12:52 p.m. Patrol investigated a cyclist complaint at Concord Street and Indian Hill Road and had a negative find.
