8:52 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a fire alarm on Page Brook Road.
11:40 a.m An assault was reported on Oak Knoll Road. This was not a domestic assault and the matter is under investigation.
12:12 p.m. Dispatch assisted an elderly resident with a non-medical problem in Concord. The matter was referred to the Council on Aging which resolved the problem.
3:01 p.m. A School Street resident reported identity theft.
4:28 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious male on Lowell Street. The individual was lost.
7:25 p.m. Dispatch received a complaint about bicyclists at Concord Street and Indian Hill Road. Patrol investigated, found they were not in single file and they were advised.
10:07 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.
1:06 p.m. Police followed up a report of illegal dumping.
2:25 p.m. A Skelton Road resident borrowed and returned a Havahart trap.
5:16 p.m. A Patch Meadow Lane resident reported attempted fraud.
8:54 a.m. A past vehicle accident at Concord Street and the Concord line was reported.
11:40 a.m. An erratic automobile operator was reported at Bedford Road and East Street. Patrol investigated, with a negative find.
4:20 p.m. A child’s car seat was installed at the station.
1:34 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.
10:05 a.m. A bike leaning against a tree on Wolf Rock Road checked okay.
4:15 p.m. A resident reported suspicious phone calls and was advised.
7:25 p.m. Two bicyclists were struck by a vehicle on Concord Street. Both were injured: one was taken to Lahey Clinic in the Carlisle ambulance and the other to Emerson Hospital by a mutual aid ambulance from Concord Fire Department. The accident is still under investigation. There is no indication whether a citation was issued.
8:15 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.
9:46 a.m. An Audubon Lane resident complained of pictures being taken of a house.
2:09 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.
2:50 p.m. A Highwoods Lane resident reported identity theft; the matter is under investigation.
8:27 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.
1:14 a.m. The building at Lowell Street and the ski barn was open. It appeared okay and was secured.
9:46 a.m. Patrol assisted the operator of a disabled vehicle at Bedford Road and East Street.
2:25 p.m. A suspicious item was found at Maple Street and the Greenough Land lot.
2:46 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Church Street where a resident needed a lift assist.
6:26 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

2:37 p.m. Verizon was notified of a leaning telephone pole at Baldwin Road and Stearns Street.

3:19 p.m. Audible alarms on Bedford Road were caused by a system malfunction.
5:51 p.m. A complaint was received about cars parked on a cul-de-sac on Oak Knoll Road. Patrol found no hazard.
9:31 p.m. A gate at North Road and the Canoe Launch in the state park was found open. The situation checked okay.
10:30 p.m. The Greenough Land parking lot was checked.
5:41 p.m. A fire alarm investigation was made on Page Brook Road; the alarm was set off accidentally by workers.
8:52 a.m. A fire alarm investigation was made on Page Brook Road; it was determined to have been set off accidentally by workers.
10:06 a.m. A person walked into the Fire Station and was transported to Emerson Hospital: this was a doctor-ordered transport.
6:51 p.m. A 24-year-old male was transported to Emerson Hospital.
9:40 p.m. An alarm investigation on Aberdeen Drive determined the alarm was accidental.
1:35 a.m. An elderly female with a medical emergency was transported to Emerson Hospital.
7:20 p.m. Two bicyclists were injured in an accident on Concord Street. One person was transported to the Lahey Clinic by the Carlisle Fire Department; mutual aid from Concord Fire Department provided transport for a second person to Emerson Hospital.
8:11 p.m. A 77-year-old male was transported from Carlisle to Emerson Hospital through mutual aid from the Westford Fire Department. (The Carlisle ambulance was tied up with transport for the bicyclist accident.)
2:10 p.m. A 22-month-old child with a medical emergency was transported to Emerson Hospital.
8:27 p.m. A 16-year-old male was transported to Emerson Hospital.
2:39 p.m. An elderly female needed assistance to be picked up off the floor.
6:23 a.m. A 92-year-old female was transported to Emerson Hospital.
