Article 27 - school asks for five-year bus contract

In December 2008 or January 2009 the Carlisle School would like to put out a bid for a three-year bus contract, with two one-year extension options. This would give the school the flexibility to extend a financially favorable contract, or to end the contract and seek a new bid. The options may be exercised at the discretion of the school.

Under the Massachusetts Laws, a majority vote is required to allow a contract period beyond three years. ∆
