The Mosquito regrets two errors in last week’s article, “LCC Planning Day reaffirms Carlisle’s values, seeks community gathering place.” First, the article incorrectly stated that the Council on Aging (COA) offered financial support for the April 5 town planning event hosted by the group, A Liveable Carlisle Community. Support was offered (but ultimately not needed) by the private group, the Friends of the COA.
Second, a participant was quoted as writing: “I feel I got a whole other perspective from the K-8 world. I typically live in with young children….” It should have read: “I feel I got a whole other perspective from the K-8 world I typically live in with young children. Really enjoyed hearing and participating in cross-the-board discussion.”
