• The Carlisle Teachers Association has been in contract discussions with the Carlisle School Committee, not the Carlisle School Association, as stated last week in “Carlisle School contract talks may affect teacher layoffs.” The Mosquito regrets the error.

• At last week’s Selectmen’s meeting, Concord-Carlisle Regional School Committee chair Michael Fitzgerald said, “This is the first year that we are seeing a decline in spending in regular education to allow for a significant increase in special education.” The Mosquito erroneously attributed the quote to Selectman Doug Stevenson.

• “Shorts from the Board of Health, March 11,” in last week’s issue mentioned Kimball Farm. Unlike the Westford ice cream facility, where contamination was discovered during a water test last September, tests at the Kimball Farm facility in Carlisle have always shown the water to be clean.
