Personnel Board shorts, December 10
The Personnel Board wrapped up the year's work with a quick meeting on December 10.
• Personnel Policy manual. Revisions to the policy manual were approved at the last meeting and forwarded to the Board of Selectmen who accepted the proposed changes. The newly printed Personnel Policy manual is now available. Further additions and changes are expected in the coming year.
• Board candidate. The board reviewed the resumé of Donna Allman and agreed to forward her letter and resumé to the Selectmen, recommending that she be appointed as a member of the Personnel Board, thus filling one of the two vacancies. Any resident interested in the remaining vacancy is asked to forward a letter of interest to the Selectmen or to contact Personnel Board Chair JoAnn Driscoll with questions.
• Meeting dates. The board agreed to change the date of its regular meeting to the third Wednesday of the month. The next meeting will be January 16 at 7 p.m.
