September 24

7:10 a.m. A vehicle was stopped at Concord Street and Bingham Road. The operator will be summonsed for operating with a suspended license.

9:36 a.m. A Hart Farm Road resident reported unauthorized charges on a credit card and was advised.

8:43 p.m. A complaint was received about an environmental group, soliciting. The complaint was investigated and it was determined that the soliciting group had not registered with the Police Department.

September 25

9:44 a.m. A Robbins Road resident reported barking dogs. Patrol investigated and found the scene quiet.

10:05 a.m. A Transfer Station attendant reported a dog jumping on cars at the Transfer Station. The dog officer was notified.

10:11 a.m. A North Road resident reported a dog "roaming around;" the dog officer was notified.

10:58 a.m. A dog damaged a car at the Transfer Station. The dog officer was notified.

11:11 a.m. A suspicious person reported on Hart Farm Road checked out okay.

6:42 p.m. Patrol stopped an unregistered dirt bike at North Road and Pine Brook Road.

September 26

11:26 a.m. A child's car seat was installed at the station.

12:46 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle reported on Nowell Farm Road; it was determined to be registered to the resident.

2:40 p.m. A complaint was made about a school bus passed illegally at Concord Street and Audubon Lane.

4:54 p.m. A snake was reported in the Town Hall building; patrol successfully removed it.

7:44 p.m. Patrol was able to silence a vehicle alarm going off on Rutland Street.

September 27

4:55 a.m. Patrol investigated a residential burglar alarm that went off at a Judy Farm Road residence. The cause was undetermined and the scene was secured.

8:40 a.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires on Autumn Lane.

8:47 a.m. A hockey net was reported moved from private property onto Berry Corner Road .

9:37 a.m. A street light on Martin Street was vandalized.

10:20 a.m. A dog was found on Curve Street and a message about it left for the dog officer.

11:28 a.m. A warning parking ticket was left for a vehicle illegally parked on School Street.

1:38 p.m. A child's car seat was installed at the station.

5:21 p.m. A dog was reported in the Lowell Street roadway. Patrol investigated and had a negative find.

5:32 p.m. Patrol responded at the scene of a psychiatric concern.

7:25 p.m. Patrol investigated a barking dog complaint on Pine Brook Road. The dog was let into the house.

7:38 p.m. Wood in the roadway at Concord and Westford Streets created a safety hazard. Patrol removed the wood.

9:21 p.m. A resident reported a safety hazard, created by two people walking at Lowell Street and Elizabeth Ridge Road. Patrol checked out the report and found the persons had been picked up by a friend.

September 28

10:45 a.m. Police are investigating the theft of checks from a McAllister Drive resident.

7:26 p.m. Patrol observed at the scene of a school dance at the Corey Building.

September 29

10:42 a.m. DPW was notified of a tree in the road at West and South Streets.

1:59 p.m. The dog officer was notified of a dog running loose at Lowell Street and the State Park.

7:31 p.m. Patrol investigated a noise in the basement at a Canterbury Court residence; the situation appeared okay.

9:14 p.m. A disturbance complaint was made about a party in the street on Rockland Road. Patrol found the situation checked okay.

11:05 p.m. Patrol responded at the scene of a commercial alarm on Bedford Road. The situation appeared okay and the owner was on the scene.

September 30

11:10 a.m. Patrol was present at the Farm Day event at North Road and the Visitor's Center.

2:02 p.m. Patrol assisted Concord Police on Concord Street, looking for a gas station drive-off.

6:09 p.m. An erratic operator was reported on Concord Street. Patrol checked the area and had a negative find.

The Fire Log was not available by the time the Mosquito went to press.
