April 16

12:43 a.m. Patrol removed a tree across the road at Concord and Russell Streets.

6:36 a.m. Patrol removed a tree reported down on Martin Street.

6:38 a.m. A tree reported down at Curve Street and Mill Pond Lane was removed.

6:40 a.m. Patrol investigated a report of a tree down on Heald Road and had a negative find.

6:58 a.m. Patrol investigated a report of a tree down on wires on Judy Farm Road. The situation checked okay.

7 a.m. NStar was notified of a transformer that blew at South Street and Heald Road.

7:30 a.m. Patrol assisted Chelmsford Police with road closure at Proctor Road and the Chelmsford line.

7:45 a.m. A tree blocking the roadway on Lowell Street was removed by patrol.

7:51 a.m. DPW was advised of a tree across the roadway on East Riding Drive.

7:59 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of arcing wires on Pine Brook Road. NStar was notified.

8:07 a.m. Rocks were in the roadway and a mailbox damaged on Rutland Road.

8:08 a.m. NStar was notified of a power outage on Cross Street.

8:08 a.m. NStar was notified of a power outage on Maple Street.

8:14 a.m. Wires were reported down on East Street but patrol had a negative find.

8:17 a.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires on Heald Road. There was no arcing.

8:24 a.m. NStar was advised of wires in the roadway at West Street and the Westford line. West Street had to be shut down.

8:24 a.m. DPW was advised of a tree blocking the roadway on North Road.

8:28 a.m. A safety hazard caused by a tree leaning against another tree on private property on Rutland Street was reported.

8:34 a.m. Verizon was advised of a telephone wire down on Bedford Road.

8:42 a.m. NStar was notified of a tree on the wires on East Riding Drive. There was no arcing.

9:05 a.m. A mailbox was damaged on East Street.

9:38 a.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires on Pheasant Hill Lane.

9:52 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Old Quarry Drive where there was an electrical problem.

10:01 a.m. DPW was advised of a tree hanging into the roadway on Lowell Street. Patrol talked to the homeowner.

10:06 a.m. DPW was advised of water flowing across the roadway on Baldwin Road.

10:08 a.m. A Rutland Street resident reported mailbox vandalism.

10:14 a.m. DPW was advised of a tree in the road on Woodbine Road.

10:31 a.m. DPW was advised of a tree blocking the entrance to the Greenough Land lot on Maple Street.

10:33 a.m. NStar was advised of a wire down on Maple Street.

11:16 a.m. DPW was advised of water running across the roadway on Fiske Street.

12:06 p.m. A detail officer was called for West Street and the Westford line where West Street was closed and the barricades knocked down.

2:12 p.m. A suspicious item found on Indian Hill Road was picked up by patrol.

7:34 p.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires on Acton Street.

April 17

12:31 a.m. A bear was sighted at Fielding Farm Drive.

1:37 a.m. A power outage was reported on Pine Brook road; NStar was working on the outage.

4:32 a.m. A verbal altercation at East Street and Maple Street was resolved by the parties involved.

6:18 a.m. An East Street resident made a barking dog complaint.

11:03 a.m. NStar was notified of a tree leaning on power lines on Heald Road.

11:27 a.m. A utility truck blocking the roadway on Cross Street was advised to move off the road.

11:52 a.m. Patrol investigated water coming from the conduit on a pole at West Street and Hobblebush Lane; the situation checked okay.

1:02 p.m. A Curve Street resident reported a missing mailbox.

9:22 p.m. Patrol assisted on Curve Street where there was a power outage and the resident could not locate a flashlight.

April 18

8:06 a.m. Patrol was called to Audubon Lane to help resolve a dispute between neighbors.

10:58 a.m. A past bear sighting at Concord Road was reported.

1:13 p.m. A River Road resident reported a past suspicious phone call.

3:55 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

4:13 p.m. A School Street resident reported vandalism to their property.

April 19

7:27 a.m. Patrol investigated a disabled vehicle at Bedford Road and Stearns Street and found a tow was en route.

10:21 a.m. Patrol advised residents involved in a disagreement about a civil matter on Aaron Way.

1:24 p.m. A cell phone was found at Curve Street and the bogs. The owner was contacted.

1:36 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a house lockout on Church Street.

3:24 p.m. The operator of a Verizon truck blocking the roadway on Bedford Road was advised.

5:22 p.m. A resident came to the station for legal advice on a civil matter.

6:28 p.m. A Heald Road resident reported vandalism to his property.

8:10 p.m. A well-being check was made on Patten Lane.

April 20

6:24 a.m. Acton Police reported finding two vehicles off the road that were registered in Carlisle. The vehicles had been stolen, overnight.

8:08 a.m. A mailbox was damaged on Heald Road.

10:02 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Concord Street.

3:09 p.m. The operator of an ATV in the roadway at Church and School Streets was advised to take it off the road.

4:10 p.m. A juvenile disturbance was reported at North Road and the canoe launch but the persons involved were gone, on patrol's arrival.

4:33 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a lockout at the State Park and Lowell Road.

6:09 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of an erratic operator at Concord Street and the Concord line and had a negative find.

8:51 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency on Fiske Street.

April 21

12 a.m. Dispatch forwarded an emergency call to Worcester Police after a Carlisle resident informed them about a current possibly dangerous situation in Worcester.

7:18 a.m. The dog officer responded to a dog complaint from a resident in the River Road/Skelton Road area.

7:57 a.m. A Concord Street resident reported mailbox vandalism.

9:53 a.m. A South Street resident reported mailbox vandalism.

10:22 a.m. Beer cans were found dumped on School Street.

10:24 a.m. Mailbox vandalism occurred on Indian Hill.

10:27 a.m. A second case of mailbox vandalism occurred on Indian Hill.

10:30 a.m. Mailboxes were stolen on Heald Road.

11:47 a.m. A bear was reported looking in windows at West Street.

2:24 p.m. Mailbox vandalism occurred on Indian Hill.

4:27 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a house lockout on Aberdeen Drive.

6:19 p.m. Mailbox vandalism occurred on Autumn Lane.

8:09 p.m. Mailbox vandalism occurred on Indian Hill.

11:32 p.m. The owner of a license plate found on Westford Street was notified.

April 22

9:51 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

12:43 p.m. It was reported that a juvenile bicyclist was causing a hazard at Bedford Road and Stoney Gate.

6:58 p.m. Two ten-year-olds reported missing on North Road were found okay.

9:52 a.m. Water coming into the electrical panel in house on Old Quarry Drive.

April 18

3:56 p.m. Medical emergency. A 50-year-old male was transported to the Emerson Hospital.

April 20

8:52 p.m. Medical emergency. A 56-year-old male was transported to the Emerson Hospital with ALS 1.

April 22

9:50 a.m. Medical emergency. 84-year-old male was transported to the Lahey Clinic with ALS 1.
