1:16 a.m. DPW was advised of trash dumped in the parking lot at North Road and the canoe launch.
1:57 p.m. Patrol stopped an erratic operator on Acton Street; the situation checked okay.
7:19 a.m. Cars were observed passing a school bus with lights flashing.
7:52 a.m. A set of keys was found at Banta-Davis Field, tagged and placed in the police lost and found.
8:54 a.m. A small animal, possibly a squirrel, was removed from a house on Buttrick Lane by patrol.
11:05 a.m. Four horses running down Lowell Street were caught and returned to their Lowell Street home.
7:08 p.m. A 90-year-old nursing home resident was assisted by the Carlisle Police.
11:01 p.m. A motorist who was confused and possibly lost was assisted at West and South Streets.
3:26 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.
11:57 a.m. The operator of a suspicious white van parked on Ice Pond Road was advised to move on.
1:18 a.m. Patrol assisted the operator of a vehicle disabled at Westford Street and Virginia Farme Lane.
2:20 a.m. Patrol investigated a vehicle with no one around on Rutland Street.
8:59 a.m. A bike patrol was made on School Street as part of the community policing program.
9:50 a.m. A suspicious male on Church Street checked okay. Police made three follow-up inquiries on the young adult in question.
10:54 a.m. Patrol reported illegal dumping at North Road and the canoe launch.
3:23 p.m. A Comcast truck took down a cable TV wire on Lowell Street. The driver was found and Comcast advised.
6:20 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a medical concern. No transportation was required.
10:19 p.m. A tree across the roadway and Westford Street and Towle Field was removed.
12:55 a.m. Debris from a tree was reported in the roadway at Lowell Street and Orchard Acres Drive.
1:45 p.m. The person responsible for illegal dumping of leaves on River Road was advised.
4:17 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on River Road.
4:45 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious person on Garnet Rock Lane. The individual checked okay.
7 p.m. Patrol assisted the Bedford and Billerica Police search for a vehicle.
9:39 p.m. The operator of a suspicious vehicle parked at North Road and the canoe launch was advised.
5:20 p.m. A Fielding Farm Drive resident complained about a dog.
9:22 p.m. A vehicle parked at the Cranberry Bog was advised to move along.
9:57 p.m. A warning parking ticket was issued to a vehicle at Church and School Streets.
3:43 a.m. A Carlisle resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after his car went into a tree on Westford Street. He was transported to the hospital, released, brought back to the station and held until he was released on bail.
3:45 a.m. The police cruiser hit a deer at Bedford and River Roads while responding to the accident reported above.
1:33 p.m. A past bear sighting was reported at 488 West Street.

11:22 p.m. Engine 3 responded to Cross Street for a gas odor investigation.
3:28 a.m. A 73-year-old resident with a medical emergency was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
6:19 p.m. A female who fell and injured herself was taken to Emerson Hospital by ambulance.
3:45 a.m. Three pieces of equipment responded to the area of 637 Westford Street for a vehicle accident. One person was transported to Emerson Hospital. (See Police Blotter for November 19.)
