Starting at Carlisle "has been great," she said. She has met many parents who have shared their thoughts, she added. "The staff is very embracing," more than other districts, she said. She noted she had a "full-sized classroom" in Westford, as opposed to the small two-person room she is in presently (it used to be a storage closet). But that is minor, she added. "It is nice to have a group of people who are supportive." She lives in Chelmsford, "just three miles" from the school.
