EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT BENEFITS HEALD HOUSE. David Tobin's Eagle Scout project has transformed a room in the Heald House barn on Concord Street into a usable workshop space for the Carlisle Historical Society. On several workdays in July, Tobin organized Boy Scouts in Troop 135 who assisted him in the myriad details of the project. Adult help was enlisted to make endless trips to the Transfer Station.
