July 17

1:06 a.m. A barking dog complaint was received from a Pine Brook Road resident.

2:35 a.m. An Elizabeth Ridge Road resident reported a possible person in the house.

6:23 a.m. A dog was found at Lowell Street and Sunset Road.

7:06 a.m. Patrol responded at the scene of a medical emergency.

10:16 a.m. A black bear was sighted at 313 Maple Street.

11:17 a.m. A resident reported a simple assault.

11:23 a.m. A black bear was sighted at East Street and Cutter's Ridge Road.

3:34 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a voluntary psychiatric commitment.

5:33 p.m. Dispatch made a routine call-back on a hangup 911 call and assistance was requested on the call-back.

July 18

9:50 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene where a child was locked in a vehicle.

2:45 p.m. Patrol attempted to serve a warrant on East Street. No one was at home.

5:00 p.m. A second attempt was made to serve a warrant on East Street. No one was at home.

5:18 p.m. Patrol investigated a disabled motorcycle at East Street and East Riding Drive and found a tow was en route.

8:18 p.m. A third attempt was made to serve a warrant on East Street and was unsuccessful.

8:55 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department on West Street.

July 19

8:12 a.m. DPW was notified of a fallen tree on Pine Brook Road.

8:20 a.m. A summons was served on East Street.

11:03 a.m. The dog officer was notified of a dog running in traffic.

8:22 p.m. A noise disturbance was reported by a Kimball Road resident. It was determined workers were working late.

9:54 p.m. A Lowell Street resident reported a barking and howling dog.

July 20

11:15 a.m. A Fiske Street resident reported an overdue juvenile.

11:51 a.m. Patrol responded at the scene of a house lockout on Heald Road.

12:17 p.m. A North Road resident reported property damage possibly caused by a bear.

2:30 p.m. A second report of a missing juvenile was received.

9:41 p.m. A suspicious vehicle at Curve Street and the cranberry bog was advised to move along.

July 21

9:20 p.m. DPW was notified of a skunk in the roadway on School Street.

11:56 a.m. An ATM card was found on Bedford Road and the Bedford line.

12:16 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department on Cutters Ridge Road.

2:30 p.m. Concord police met Carlisle police at the town line and returned a license plate that was found in Concord and belonged to a Carlisle resident.

7:33 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department on Maple Street.

8:10 p.m. A traffic enforcement operation that resulted in six stops was initiated.

10:38 p.m. Patrol assisted DPW at Brook and Maple Streets where a service truck had backed into the stop sign.

July 22

12:48 a.m. A North Road resident reported a possible truck in the driveway. It was determined that NStar was repairing the line.

7:14 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

9:41 a.m. A Carleton Road resident reported a possible bear in the area the previous night.

12:32 p.m. Patrol responded at the scene of a vehicle accident on Maple Street at the Billerica line. It was determined that the accident was in Billerica and that town was notified.

9:26 p.m. A traffic enforcement operation began and made a total of ten vehicle stops.

July 23

3:14 a.m. A resident reported harassing cell phone texts.

3:12 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical lift.

8:56 p.m. Loud music was reported on Westford Street.

July 24

10:11 a.m. A house removal permit was obtained for a Litchfield Drive residence.

4:13 p.m. A loose dog was reported on Westford Street.

4:32 p.m. Concord police reported a found license plate belonging to a Carlisle resident.

9:58 p.m. A barking dog complaint was received from a Lowell Street resident.

10:23 p.m. A black bear was sighted at Concord and South Streets.

July 25

9:30 a.m. Patrol assisted trucks on Lowell Street.

11:32 a.m. A tree suspended over the roadway on Rutland Street created a safety hazard.

6:48 p.m. A Bingham Road resident reported possible credit card fraud.

10:59 p.m. A vehicle was stopped at Lowell Street and North Road. The operator was arrested for driving without a license.

July 26

6:24 p.m. Patrol investigated suspicious persons who were on North Road in the state park and subsequently arrested four adults and two minors from Acton, Lowell and Chelmsford, for drinking. The adults were bailed and the juveniles released into their parents' custody.

July 27

1:17 a.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Westford and Curve Streets.

3:21 a.m. A resident reported a party where teenagers were present and drugs possibly being taken.

8:58 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department on Heald Road.

1:15 p.m. A Curve Street resident reported a bench at the end of the driveway was missing.

5:22 p.m. A tree hanging on a wire created a safety hazard on Stearns Street.

7:47 p.m. Police were informed that search and rescue training was in progress in Estabrook Woods near Kibby Place.

9:44 p.m. A Lowell Street resident reported an overdue child.

July 28

10:27 a.m. A Brook Street resident reported a lost cockatiel.

July 29

1:09 a.m. An Elizabeth Ridge Road resident reported vandalism to his car window, which had been broken.

3:29 a.m. Patrol assisted the Chelmsford police by locating a male who was on foot and lost.

12:26 p.m. DPW was advised to pick up a mattress found in the road at Curve Street and Hart Farm Road.

3:39 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

7:52 p.m. A previous motor vehicle accident at Lowell Street and Litchfield Drive was reported.

10:19 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of a small deer hit by a vehicle on Concord Street and had a negative find.

July 30

2:55 a.m. Patrol investigated a residential alarm on Suffolk Lane and found there had been a housebreak. Nothing was taken. A follow-up investigation was made at 9:07 a.m. and again on July 30 at 10:55 p.m.

9:08 a.m. A Litchfield Drive resident reported property damage, possibly due to a bear.

10:55 a.m. Patrol was asked to keep the peace on Evergreen Lane.

4:14 p.m. Patrol was asked to keep the peace on Evergreen Lane.

4:30 p.m. A child's car seat was installed at the station.

July 17

7:09 a.m. The ambulance transported a 41-year-old woman to Emerson hospital.

12:36 p.m. Firemen investigated a natural gas leak on Bedford Road. Keyspan was notified.

3:58 p.m. A 70-year-old woman with a medical emergency was taken by ambulance to Emerson hospital

6:03 p.m. The ambulance transported an 18-year-old male to Emerson hospital.

July 18

8:08 a.m. Engine 3 responded to River Road for an automatic fire alarm received from Lexington Alarm. The fire department was unable to find the problem.

8:58 p.m. Engines 3 and 10 responded to West Street for a home fire alarm received from the ADT alarm company. They were unable to gain access or make contact with the owner.

July 20

4:35 p.m. The ambulance responded to Fiske Street for a medical call. A 15-year-old was transported to Emerson hospital.

July 21

12:18 p.m. Engines 3 and 10 responded to Cutter's Ridge Road for an automatic home fire alarm received from Ultraguard Alarm Company. This was caused by burnt

food.

7:35 p.m. Engine 4 and the C10 truck responded to Maple Street for a transformer struck by lightning. NStar was notified.

July 22

7:14 a.m. The ambulance responded to Maple Street for a medical emergency. The patient refused transport.

July 23

3:06 p.m. The ambulance responded to assist an elderly woman off the floor.

July 26

7:55 p.m. Engine 3 responded to Lowell Street for an electrical problem.

8:17 p.m. The fire department ambulance responded to the police station for a medical emergency. A 16-year-old male was seen, but refused transport.

July 27

8:50 a.m. Engine 3 responded to Heald Road for a natural gas leak. The leak was not found.

12:51 p.m. Engine 3 responded to Curve Street for a fire alarm received from ADT Alarm Company. This was a smoke detector malfunction.

3:38 p.m. Engines 3, 4, 5, and Ladder 9 responded to the Robbins building for a fire alarm received. This was a smoke detector malfunction.

July 29

3:37 p.m. The ambulance responded to a medical emergency and subsequently transported a 24 year old male to Emerson hospital.
