CCHS facility judged "poor"

Back in January, the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) conducted a Needs Survey at the Concord-Carlisle High School, as it did at every other public school in the Commonwealth. The Concord-Carlisle Regional School District (RSC) has received a report back from the state. CCHS was rated as a "4." The rating system is as follows:"1" = the building is in good to excellent condition. "2" = the building is in moderate condition. Some systems, such as heating, need some repairs."3" = the building is approaching poor condition. Some systems need major work."4" = poor condition, the building is a possible candidate for replacement. No other details about the report were made public.
