February 14

4:29 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of an inside odor investigation on Concord Street.

8:13 a.m. A two-car accident occurred at the intersection of Brook and Maple Streets.

5:07 p.m. An unregistered solicitor on Buttrick Lane was advised.

11:17 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a carbon monoxide alarm on East Street.

February 15

9:21 a.m. A cell phone was reported lost by an Estabrook Road resident.

6:16 p.m. Billerica Police were notified of a disabled vehicle, which was then determined to be in Billerica, not in Carlisle.

9:25 p.m. A suspicious person at Towle Field checked okay. The owner was just parking for a function across the street from the parking lot.

February 16

5:21 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

8:54 a.m. Patrol investigated a report of an unoccupied car in the middle of the Wildwood Drive roadway and had a negative find.

10:35 a.m. A contractor reported the larceny of tools from a workplace on Shady Brook Lane. The theft is under investigation.

5:09 p.m. A Russell Street resident reported a sick raccoon and subsequently cancelled the call.

7:39 p.m. A complaint was made about a dog at Brook Street and Timothy Lane. Police had a negative find.

February 17

6:55 a.m. A found credit card was brought to the station and returned to its owner by the police.

12:49 p.m. DPW was notified about a tree across the roadway on Russell Street.

12:53 p.m. Three trees were down and nearby wires broken but not arcing on Pheasant Hill Lane.

1:08 p.m. DPW removed a tree blocking the roadway on Maple Street.

1:55 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Rutland Street where wires were down and a transformer leaking.

2:33 p.m. DPW was notified of downed trees blocking the roadway on Virginia Farme Lane.

2:40 p.m. Patrol attempted to serve a summons on Partridge Lane.

3:46 p.m. A Suffolk Lane resident reported a missing cell phone.

4:00 p.m. NStar was notified of a tree on the wires on Lowell Street.

4:24 p.m. DPW removed a tree across the roadway at Lowell Street and the state park.

5:19 p.m. Comcast, NStar, and Verizon were notified of wires down on East Street.

5:27 p.m. NStar was notified of a tree on the wires on Lowell Street.

8:37 p.m. Patrol attempted to serve a summons on Partridge Lane and was unable to do so.

February 18

7:41 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at Maple Street and the Greenough Land lot where wires were down and smoking. NStar was advised.

1:01 p.m. Police investigated a burglary alarm at a Carriage Way house. They found the house secure and the dog inside.

1:12 p.m. Patrol was unsuccessful in an attempt to serve a summons on Partridge Lane.

3:13 p.m. Police are investigating harassing phone calls received by a Robbins Drive resident.

5:21 p.m. Patrol investigated a possible safety hazard on Rutland Street and determined that the wires reported down were phone wires and did not present a hazard.

7:41 p.m. Patrol removed limbs from the North Road roadway. DPW was advised.

February 20

9:44 a.m. A fire alarm received from a Cutters Ridge Road residence was determined to have been caused by a power outage.

9:49 a.m. A burglary alarm received from an Estabrook Road residence was determined to have been accidentally caused by the owner's daughter.

6:50 p.m. The operators of suspicious vehicles parked at Foss Farm were asked to move their cars.

February 21

8:45 a.m. A sick raccoon on Suffolk Lane was put down.

2:21 p.m. Patrol attempted to serve a summons on Partridge Lane and was unable to do so.

February 22

2:44 a.m. A vehicle accident occurred on Maple Street and is under investigation.

10:06 p.m. Patrol assisted on Westford Street while a person removed personal belongings from the premises.

February 23

11:08 a.m. NStar was advised about a tree on the wires on Lowell Street.

11:39 a.m. A dog was reported in the roadway at Westford and Acton Streets. Patrol had a negative find.

11:50 a.m. A truck took down wires on Orchard Acres Drive. NStar was advised.

6:52 p.m. A found ATM card was returned to its owner.

11:07 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a disabled vehicle at West Street and Pope Road.

11:33 p.m. DPW was called out for icy roads.

February 24

7:01 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

February 25

9:23 a.m. A residential alarm was received from a Concord Street residence. The front door was open and patrol secured it.

9:44 a.m. Patrol made a housecheck on a Red Pine Drive house. The front door was open and secured by patrol, who felt the wind probably blew the door open.

4:21 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a disabled vehicle on Bedford Road.

February 26

1:56 a.m. DPW was notified of slippery roads.

8:30 a.m. Two vehicles went into Macone's Pond on Concord Street There were no injuries. See story, page 1.

10:15 a.m. An accident occurred on Heald Road

4:26 a.m. A Concord Street caller reported an electrical-burning odor in the basement.

8:24 a.m. A car and a van were involved in an accident at Brook and Maple Streets. There were no personal injuries.

11:17 p.m. An East Street caller reported a CO detector activation.

February 15

1:14 a.m. A resident having chest pains was taken to Emerson Hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.

February 16

5:22 a.m. A 98-year-old woman, who was feeling dizzy and could not get up, was taken to the hospital, with ALS presence at the scene and en route to the hospital.

February 17

1:55 p.m. A fire crew responded on Rutland Street where wires were down, a transformer leaking and wires possibly arcing.

February 18

7:46 a.m. There was an electrical fire at Greenough Pond where wires were down and smoking.

9 a.m. Wires on Acton Street were taken down by a tree.

February 20

9:44 a.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Cutters Ridge Road residence.

February 23

11:59 a.m. A truck took down power lines on Orchard Acres Drive.

February 24

11:24 a.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation on Bedford Road.

6:58 p.m. A 25-year-old woman with abdominal pain was transported to the hospital.

February 25

1:01 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation and subsequently cancelled the alarm. There was no Fire Department response.

February 26

8:31 a.m. A two-car vehicle accident occurred on Concord Street when two cars went into Macone's Pond. ALS was alerted but cancelled by the Fire Department when they reached the scene. (See article, page 1.)

1:05 p.m. A vehicle ran into a tree at Heald Road and Judy Farm Lane. No medical transport was required.
