January 16

1:09 p.m. A juvenile was arrested on a domestic assault charge, held briefly, and bailed.

2:58 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

January 17

7:32 a.m. An SUV slid into the back of a school bus at West Street and Old Quarry Road. There were no injuries.

10:13 a.m. A Kimball Road resident reported a lost cell phone.

2:32 p.m. A Chelmsford resident hit a pole on West Street. There was no apparent injury but the operator was transported to the hospital as a precaution.

4:04 p.m. A vehicle went off the road at Acton Street and Heald Road. A tow was enroute.

4:43 p.m. Horses were loose at Hillside Drive and Meadowbrook Road. The owners went after them.

6:10 p.m. A Westford Street resident reported a truck in the driveway that subsequently left the area.

January 18

7:22 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a carbon monoxide alarm on Stearns Street.

8:48 a.m. DPW was advised of a limb in the roadway on Lowell Street.

11:54 a.m. A limb in the roadway on Skelton Road was removed.

12:03 p.m. DPW was advised of a branch in the roadway on Prospect Street.

12:21 p.m. A tree fell across the roadway and there was a wire down on Westford Street. Both NStar and DPW were advised.

12:32 p.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires at Curve Street and Cranberry Hill Lane.

12:31 p.m. NStar and DPW were advised of a wire down and a tree across the roadway on East Street.

12:45 p.m. A tree blocking the roadway at South Street and Heald Road was removed.

12:51 p.m. A tree blocking the roadway at Westford Street and Towle Field was removed.

12:53 p.m. DPW was advised of a tree blocking the roadway on River Road.

1:12 p.m. DPW was advised of a tree blocking the roadway at Nowell Farme Road and Fern Lane.

1:37 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a wire fire on East Street.

1:39 p.m. Comcast was notified of a cable wire down on Palmer Way.

2:01 p.m. NStar was advised of wires down on Old East Street.

2:57 p.m. A tree in the wires was blocking a Pheasant Hill Lane driveway.

3:21 p.m. DPW was notified of large branches in the roadway at Lowell Street and North Road.

4:25 p.m. NStar was notified of a tree across the road on Bingham Road.

5:47 p.m. DPW was notified of a tree across Brook Street.

5:47 p.m. An accident occurred on West Street. There was no personal injury but power lines were down.

6:19 p.m. A tree fell across the road and driveway on Nowell Farme Road.

6:43 p.m. A possible wire fire in the road at West and Acton Streets was investigated, with a negative find.

January 19

6:47 a.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires on Bingham Road.

7:23 a.m. An accident occurred on Cross Street. There was no injury.

8:27 a.m. A vehicle accident occurred on West Street. There were injuries. The call originally went to Westford Police who transported the injured party to the hospital. Carlisle was not notified until later.

9:02 a.m. A Partridge Lane resident reported a vehicle racing up and down the street. Patrol had a negative find.

9:37 a.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires on Wolf Rock Road.

10:39 a.m. DPW was advised of trees leaning into the roadway at North Road and Rutland Street.

1:46 p.m. Patrol assisted a tractor-trailer unit attempting to turn around on Westford Street.

5:58 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

January 20

11:15 a.m. The dog officer was notified of a dog bite on Carleton Road.

9:45 p.m. A Boxborough woman was arrested on Westford Street for driving under the influence of alcohol; she was bailed later in the evening.

8:41 p.m. A pager was found on East Street.

January 21

10:55 a.m. An erratic driver was reported at Bedford Road and Stoney Gate. Patrol looked for him and had a negative find.

1:48 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Berry Corner Road.

4:35 p.m. A tree fell on wires on West Street.

4:43 p.m. A tree in the wires on Russell Street created a safety hazard.

5:04 p.m. A tree fell into a house on North Road.

6:15 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department on Milne Cove Road at the scene of a wire fire.

10:56 p.m. Three young adults were stopped for a traffic violation at Concord Street and Church Street. All three were subsequently arrested for possession of marijuana and one additionally charged with possession with intent to distribute. The three, one from Carlisle, one from Concord, and one from Billerica, were bailed.

January 22

12 noon. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires on West Street.

1:35 p.m. An Oak Knoll Road resident reported a harrassing phone call.

10:04 p.m. A resident reported an overdue husband and was advised.

January 16

A 33-year-old man fell 15 to 20 feet from a ladder and was taken to the hospital, with ALS paramedics at the scene.

January 17

7:31 a.m. An SUV slid into the back of a school bus at West Street and Old Quarry Drive. There were no injuries and the bus continued on its way to school.

2:36 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle had gone into a pole on West Street. There was no injury.

January 18

7:23 a.m. A Stearns Street resident reported his carbon monoxide alarm had activated.

1:38 p.m. The Police Department requested Fire Department assistance for a wire fire on East Street.

January 19

8:28 a.m. A caller reported a rollover with injuries on West Street near Old Quarry Drive. The operator of the vehicle was taken to Emerson Hospital in the Westford ambulance.

5:58 p.m. A resident who was vomiting was taken to the hospital.

January 21

1:44 p.m. A caller reported a possible chimney fire on Berry Corner Road.

6:03 p.m. A caller reported a telephone pole on fire on Milne Cove Road.
