December 5

10:15 a.m. A Red Fox Road resident reported suspicious persons at the front door. The situation checked out okay.

10:45 a.m. Patrol advised at the scene of a family dispute on East Riding Drive.

10:48 a.m. Patrol advised at the scene of a family dispute on Lowell Street.

2:45 p.m. Patrol investigated a reported suspicious vehicle at a school bus stop and had a negative find.

December 6

12:34 p.m. DPW was advised of black ice on Cross Street.

12:39 p.m. DPW was advised of water spurting from a utility conduit at Concord Street and the Concord line.

3:30 p.m. A past vehicle accident at Westford and Curve Streets was reported and logged.

3:36 p.m. A cable truck in the roadway on South Street was advised.

3:54 p.m. DPW was notified of a missing street sign at Brook Street and Peter Hans Road.

7:16 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

December 7

9:08 a.m. A possible traffic hazard was reported at Bedford and Skelton Roads. Patrol investigated and found no hazard.

10:46 am. The annual sex offender registration was conducted at the station.

3:18 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

4:50 p.m. A Virginia Farme resident reported hearing two gun shots, probably from Towle Field.

5:22 p.m. Patrol investigated a disabled vehicle, which was determined to be waiting for AAA.

5:24 p.m. Patrol removed a branch from the roadway on Maple Street.

6:10 p.m. A Brazilian passport was found on Acton Street.

7:31 p.m. A Billerica woman was driving erratically and failed to stop for police in Carlisle. When she did stop on Lowell Road in Concord, she was arrested for operating under the influence of drugs, illegal possession of marijuana, illegal possession of prescription medication, and for marked lane violation. She was brought to the station, booked, and held until she was bailed at 10 p.m.

10:28 p.m. Patrol investigated a disabled vehicle at Bedford and River Roads and found AAA was en route.

December 8

9:21 a.m. A Brook Street resident reported a bow-and-arrow hunter knocked on her door and requested permission to enter her property to look for a deer he had shot the day before that had run off. She said she thought the deer season was over, but it was determined that the deer had been shot in the Great Meadows area and that the season was open in that area (as per Federal regulations) although it was closed in state-regulated areas.

9:52 a.m. DPW was advised of icy spots on the road at Cross Street and Fielding Farm Drive.

6:51 p.m. Mail packages found on Westford Street were given to their owner.

10:42 p.m. Patrol secured an open door at Town Hall.

December 9

12:44 p.m. A vehicle, reported doing "donuts" in a parking lot on East Street, was gone on patrol's arrival.

2:27 p.m. The operator of a disabled vehicle on Concord Street reported a tow was en route.

2:37 p.m. DPW was advised of a slippery hill at East and Rutland Streets. A vehicle became disabled on the hill.

2:37 p.m. DPW was advised that multiple vehicles couldn't get up the hill in the 1200 block of Westford Street.

4:25 p.m. Parents requested legal advice in relation to a problem with a teenager.

5:59 p.m. Patrol investigated a vehicle with flashers on, on Bingham Road; it checked okay.

10:05 p.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

December 10

1:32 a.m. Patrol assisted a motorist stuck in the snow at Acton Street and Heald Road.

10:57 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a house lockout on Maple Street.

11:22 a.m. Patrol was asked to assist at the scene of a snow-related problem on East Street.

12:25 p.m. A motorist reported a disagreement with a woman on a horse on Curve Street. Two residents were on horseback and waved to slow down an approaching vehicle. The operator of the vehicle claimed it was hit with a horse crop. The situation is under investigation.

2:20 p.m. The larceny of wire from a job site on East Street was reported and is under investigation.

3:19 p.m. A FedEx truck stuck in the road on Sunset Road was winched out.

8:50 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Lowell Street and the ski barn. The deer was put down.

December 11

8 a.m. Patrol assisted the Fire Department at the scene of a medical emergency.

10:46 a.m. Patrol assisted with a locked door at the First Religious Society.

3:34 p.m. A vehicle accident occurred at West Street and Pope Road. There were no injuries.

December 5

2:12 a.m. Westford requested a Carlisle tanker to assist at a structure fire in their town.

3:09 p.m. The odor of natural gas was reported in the street on Peter Hans Road.

December 6

7 p.m. A woman who fell and sustained a possible broken leg was taken to the hospital.

December 7

3:21 p.m. A 36-year-old woman gave birth at home. Local EMTs and ALS responded for a postpartum problem. The woman was transported to the hospital.

December 9

10:05 p.m. A resident having a diabetic problem was taken to the hospital by ambulance, with ALS assistance at the scene.

December 11

7:59 a.m. A 93-year-old woman having difficulty breathing was taken to the hospital.
