September 19

8:45 a.m. Dispatcher was notified of a dog bite received on Bingham Road. The incident was logged.

10:45 a.m. Patrol stopped a vehicle that was missing a plate at Lowell Street and Hickory Lane. A Cambridge man was subsequently arrested on the following charges: having an outstanding warrant; attaching plates; driving an unregistered vehicle; driving with a revoked license; and failure to display plates.

5:44 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a smoke investigation at Concord and South Streets.

10:00 p.m. Patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle parked at School Street and the First Religious Society. The vehicle was determined to belong to church members.

September 20

11:29 a.m. An SOR inquiry was made at the station

2:24 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a gas odor investigation on South Sttreet.

September 21

10:10 a.m. Officers assisted the fire department at the police station, where a man in need of medical help was taken to Emerson Hospital by ambulance.

10:15 a.m. A Palmer Way resident turned in ammunition at the station.

10:27 a.m. Patrol checked out a possible domestic dispute on Bedford Road and reported the situation checked okay.

11:17 a.m. A DPW vehicle was involved in a vehicle accident in Billerica. A Carlisle police officer assisted at the scene. There were no injuries.

4:40 p.m. Police responded to an ongoing civil dispute between neighbors on Robbins Drive.

8:44 p.m. A Timothy Lane resident complained of phone harassment

10:59 p.m. A 19-year-old Billerica youth was stopped at Bedford Road and Red Pine Drive. He was subsequently arrested for illegal possession of marijuana.

September 22

8:03 a.m. A traffic complaint was received about speeding dump trucks on Cross Street. The complaint was logged.

6:29 p.m. A child's booster seat was checked at the station.

September 23

7:40 a.m. DPW was notified of a deer hit by a car on Lowell Street.

8:54 p.m. A deer was hit at Bedford Road and the Bedford line.

September 24

1:53 a.m. Carlisle Police assisted Concord Police check a Carlisle vehicle to determine if it was one involved in a hit and run in Concord.

7:06 a.m. DPW was notified of a tree low over the road at Concord Street and Buttrick Lane.

12:50 p.m. A traffic complaint was filed about speeding construction vehicles at East Street and Blaisdell Drive.

1:21 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Davis Road.

8:18 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of a raccoon that had been hit by a vehicle on School Street. There was a negative find.

11:02 p.m. A suspicious vehicle at Curve Street and the Bog was advised to move on.

September 25

11:24 a.m. A Munroe Hill resident reported a dog bite. The incident was logged and the dog officer notified.

6:19 p.m. A domestic dispute on Nickles Lane was resolved.

11:18 p.m. A power outage occurred throughout the town.

5:45 p.m.A caller reported smoke in the Concord and South Streets area and a fire crew conducted an outside smoke investigation.

September 20

2:25 p.m. A caller reported an odor of natural gas on South Street and a fire crew conducted an odor investigation.

September 21

12:10 a.m. A 41-year-old male who was feeling dizzy was taken by ambulance from the police station on Lowell Street to Emerson Hospital.

September 22

2:09 p.m. A cleaner at a Westford Street residence reported alarm activation.

September 23

10:04 p.m. The Westford Fire Department requested station coverage, which was provided.
