Juvenile Court rules on knife incident
The case of the 12-year-old Carlisle youth, alleged to have threatened another student on a school bus with a knife on May 20, was heard in the Framingham Juvenile Court on June 6 (Mosquito, May 27, page 6, "Police, Carlisle School investigate school bus incident.") The court decision stated that the youth involved must follow the court's ruling for six months. The ruling includes following a set of house rules, writing an apology letter, and having counseling. If these rules are observed, any charges will be dropped after the six-month interval.
All juvenile cases go to the Framingham court, and details of the case are not released.
