April 25

12:07 p.m. An SOR (Sex Offender Registry) inquiry was made at the police station.

12:11 p.m. An SOR inquiry was made at the police station.

12:57 p.m. A warrant was served on Rutland Street.

April 26

5 p.m. A North Road resident made an SOR inquiry.

April 27

10:12 a.m. A complaint was received about speeding construction vehicles on East Streeet.

2:15 p.m. Patrol assisted the police department at the scene of a medical emergency.

April 28

7:33 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

9:54 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

April 29

10:34 a.m. A Bedford Road resident reported a suspicious envelope in their mailbox.

1:42 p.m. Patrol found the ATM door unsecured and bank security was advised.

5:39 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout at Bedford Road and the Banta-Davis Fields.

7:36 p.m. A past assault at Lowell Street and the state park was reported. After a verbal assault, the person attacking drew out a knife and threatened to slash the reporting party's tires. The incident is under investigation.

10:52 p.m. The operator of a suspicious vehicle at Lowell Street and the state park office was advised to move on.

11:43 p.m. Patrol assisted an elderly person who had fallen and could not get up.

April 30

10:19 a.m. Operators of vehicles blocking mailboxes on Church Street at Spalding Field were advised to move their vehicles.

11:13 a.m. A loose horse on River Road was retrieved by the owner.

May 1

1:50 p.m. A suspicious youth on Russell Street checked okay.

Fire Log

April 25

5:01 p.m. A caller reported two persons in the water and a boat overturned at Route 225 and Concord River. Carlisle sent an engine, but other boaters had the overturned people out of the water and on land when the fire engine arrived. ALS assistance was requested when the call came in but that call was cancelled. There were no injuries.

April 27

2:20 p.m. A woman with shoulder pain was taken from Gleason Library to Emerson Hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.

April 28

7:34 a.m. A 70-year-old man, who was feeling weak, was transported to Emerson Hospital.

9:55 a.m. A 52-year-old man, who was in and out of consciousness, was taken to Emerson Hospital. ALS was originally requested but was cancelled after EMTs arrived at the scene.

April 29

11:48 a.m. A Forest Park Drive caller reported an outside fire.

April 30

2:35 p.m. A caller requested a check of a past permit fire on Nowell Farme Road.

8:19 p.m. A Carriage Way caller reported an odor in the house.
