Shorts from the Selectmen, April 12
• Extended Day Use of Building. The Carlisle Extended Day Program has offered the use of their facility at 142 East Street to the town boards and non-profit groups for meetings and events. The available hours are when they are not having programs and may vary seasonally. The building is air-conditioned and has several meeting rooms. They are offering this free of charge and ask only that those using the facility do their own clean-ups and set-ups. Chair Tim Hult of the Board of Selectmen requested that a letter of appreciation be sent to the generous members of the facility.
• South Street-West Street intersection. Stamski and McNary is currently working on a new design for this intersection. The plans will be presented at the next meeting of the Board of Selectmen on April 19.
