Board backs pool articles

The Board of Selectmen voted to support an article at Town Meeting to appropriate $515,000 for office and fitness equipment for the new Concord Carlisle Swim and Health Center scheduled to open in December. They will also support an article that will set up a fund so that all expenses are paid from user fees.
