ALL-STATE MUSICIANS. Five Carlisle students participated in the Massachusetts Music Educators Association All-State Concert Band in Boston last weekend. OPEN STUDIOS. Carlisle resident Phyllis Hughes is one of the artists whose works will be on display during the upcoming Highland Open Studios.
