2:36 p.m. Patrol assisted a stuck truck at Concord and South Streets.
6:41 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on East Street.
7:44 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.
11:31 a.m. A SOR (Sex Offender Registry) inquiry was made at the police station.
3:38 p.m. Keyspan was advised of a small gas leak at Bingham Road and Pheasant Hill Lane.
9:34 p.m. Vehicles impeding access for fire department equipment on Westford Street were asked to move.
9:57 p.m. DPW was advised of icy road conditions.
8:38 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a disabled truck at West Street and the Concord line.
11:25 a.m. Bicyclists blocking a traffic lane at East Street and Partridge Lane were advised.
1:07 p.m. DPW was advised that a wall on River Road had collapsed into the roadway.
1:18 a.m. DPW was advised that roads were icing up.
6:34 a.m. Patrol assisted another police department at Lowell Street and North Road.
11:01 a.m. A 911 call from the elevator at the library was confirmed accidental.
9:09 a.m. Patrol assisted DPW at Westford Street and the flats.
8:50 a.m. An East Riding Drive resident reported receiving constant phone calls from an identified number.
12:46 p.m. A caller reported a child had swallowed perfume. The call was transferred to poison control.
11:42 p.m. Three dogs reported in the road at West and Acton Streets were gone on patrol's arrival.
1:37 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.
2:55 p.m. A car window was broken at North Road and the duck pond.
5:56 p.m. A car hit a deer on East Street
11:56 a.m. A two-vehicle accident occurred on Baldwin Road. There were no injuries.
11:39 p.m. A vehicle in the road at Lowell Street and the ski barn checked okay.
8:28 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.
9:57 a.m. A vehicle accident with a personal injury occurred on West Street.
5:01 p.m. An individual on North Road by the ice cream stand was determined to be a 13-year-old boy who had shot a goose. Hunting is illegal in Carlisle and the boy did not have a weapons permit. The 13-year-old and his parents were advised of these facts.
5:21 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene on Lowell Street at Old North Road where a vehicle was stuck in the snow.
6:14 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of an odor investigation on Maple Street.
2:16 a.m. DPW was notified of icy roads.
5:23 p.m. The operator of a vehicle disabled on Westford Street told patrol AAA was enroute.
8:57 a.m. A Heald Road resident reported a threatening phone call.
1:49 p.m. A vehicle lockout was reported on Tophet Road.
11:41 p.m. An injured deer was removed from the middle of the roadway on East Street.
7:27 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.
3:17 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a house lockout on Prospect Street.
6:16 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Westford and Curve Streets. The deer was put down.
4:37 p.m. Patrol responded to a domestic dispute involving a person with a mental health problem.

7:45 a.m. An 81-year-old man who was feeling ill was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
11:42 a.m. A 69-year-old woman with a possible broken rib was taken to the hospital.
1:37 p.m. ALS assisted at the scene where an 81-year-old man with difficulty breathing was being transported to the hospital.
11:40 a.m. Concord requested an ambulance for a vehicle accident on Lowell Road.
8:29 a.m. An older woman with elevated blood pressure was taken to the hospital.
9:57 a.m. A caller reported a car ran into a tree on West Street. Transportation to the hospital was provided for an injured person.
6:24 p.m. A Maple Street resident reported a burning rubber odor in the house.
7:28 a.m. A 70-year-old man with a possible broken arm was transported to the hospital.
5:56 p.m. A 70-year-old man was taken to the hospital.
