9:44 a.m. A found license plate was returned to the owner.
10:16 a.m. A SOR (sex offender registry) inquiry was made by a Hutchins Road resident.
10:17 a.m. An SOR inquiry was made by a Timothy Lane resident.
12:33 p.m. A school bus reported stuck in the snow at Lowell Street and Old North Road was gone when patrol arrived at the scene.
10:26 p.m. A citation was issued for a parking violation at Bedford Road and Foss Field.
9:13 a.m. Small packets stuck in a Skelton Road mailbox were reported and logged.
10:56 a.m. A child's car seat was installed at the police station.
3:15 p.m. Possible credit card identity theft was reported and is under investigation.
3:17 p.m. Patrol assisted the operator of a vehicle that ran out of gas on Concord Street.
8:10 p.m. A disabled vehicle at Lowell Street and Proctor Road was removed.
8:20 p.m. A resident reported threats from a contractor and was advised.
1:46 a.m. DPW was called out to sand roads.
2:09 p.m. A vehicle abandoned at Westford Street and the Westford line was towed.
4:09 p.m. A 911 call from the elevator phone at the library was confirmed accidental.
5:05 p.m. A vehicle with a flat tire was reported at Concord Street and the Concord line. Patrol had a negative find.
9:26 a.m. The operator of a trailer in the roadway at Bedford and Skelton Roads was advised.
12:52 p.m. Items found in the roadway on Tophet Road were returned to the owner.
1:45 p.m. A 911 call from the library elevator was confirmed accidental by a toddler.
3:03 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a house lockout on Long Ridge Road
6:42 p.m. Mass. Highway was advised of a vehicle with a flat tire due to potholes at Bedford Road and the Bedford line.
6:42 p.m. A second vehicle at Bedford Road and the Bedford line was disabled with a flat tire because of potholes. Mass. Highway was advised.
11:55 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.
7:44 a.m. Construction vehicles were reported to be impeding traffic at East Riding Drive and Tophet Road. Patrol had a negative find.
9:02 a.m. The street sign at East Riding Drive and Tophet Road was missing.
11:38 a.m. DPW was advised of a tree across the roadway on Curve Street.
1:39 p.m. A Chelmsford man was stopped for speeding at Lowell Street and the rotary. He was subsequently arrested for possession of marijuana and held at the station until he was bailed at 4:15 p.m.
4:01 p.m. A prisoner watch was maintained at the station.
6:41 a.m. A vehicle off the road on Westford Street was winched out.
1:13 p.m. A vehicle disabled at Concord Street and Clark Farm Road reported a tow was enroute.
4:29 p.m. A SOR inquiry was made by a Rutland Street resident.
4:45 p.m. A SOR inquiry was made by a Berry Corner Road resident.
5 p.m. A lost backpack on Bedford Road was found and logged.
4:01 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.
1 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a box alarm on School Street.
6:39 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of an alarm investigation on Martin Street.
11:07 p.m. DPW was notified of road conditions.

11:49 p.m. A three-year-old boy with difficulty breathing was taken by ambulance to Emerson Hospital. ALS assisted at the scene.
4:03 a.m. A 75-year-old man who was feeling dizzy was taken to the hospital.
1 p.m. An automatic alarm was received from a School Street box.
6:39 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Martin Street residence.
6:39 p.m. A 14-year-old girl with eye lacerations was taken to Emerson Hospital.
6:27 p.m. A caller reported a head-on crash at Westford and Curve Streets. Transportation to the hospital was provided for an injured person.
