7:42 a.m. Possible vandalism was reported on Westford Street.

11:40 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

11:57 a.m. A wallet was reported lost at Sunset Road and Lowell Street.

2:37 p.m. A lost license plate was found on Sunset Road.

11:07 p.m. An open door was secured on Westford Street.

January 4

7:44 a.m. The operators of parked cars impeding traffic on Concord Street were advised.

9 a.m. Patrol assisted the DPW at Lowell Street and Litchfield Drive.

11 a.m. Ammunition was turned in at the station.

2:34 p.m. The operators of trucks blocking the roadway on River Road were advised.

4:48 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of an odor investigation on Estabrook Road.

11:39 p.m. Patrol assisted a large truck negotiate the rotary.

January 5

3 p.m. A past vehicle accident with hit-and-run property damage was reported on Milne Cove Road.

4:36 p.m. An accident with a vehicle off the road at School and Russell Streets was investigated.

9:28 p.m. Patrol helped and advised parents concerning a juvenile problem.

January 6

2:16 a.m. Patrol secured an unlocked door on Westford Street.

2:25 a.m. DPW was notified of icy road conditions.

8:42 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a smoke investigation on Hemlock Hill Road.

11:24 a.m. Vandalism to signs on Rutland Street was logged.

11:58 a.m. Patrol freed a squirrel stuck in a bird feeder on Bedford Road.

12 noon A tractor-trailer unit hung up at the rotary was towed off.

1:07 p.m. A minor vehicle accident on Stearns Street was investigated.

2:29 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a flooded basement on Judy Farm Road. At 6:37 p.m. the water situation was reported okay.

January 7

1:35 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

6 a.m. Patrol investigated a report of a vehicle accident with minor injuries at Lowell Street and Sunset Road and had a negative find.

10:06 a.m. Snow in the Westford Street roadway that was creating a traffic hazard was removed.

10:57 a.m. Operators of vehicles blocking the roadway on Concord Street were advised.

12:18 p.m. A sex offender inquiry was made at the station.

12:18 p.m. A vehicle was stopped on East Street and the operator, a Waltham woman, was subsequently arrested on five outstanding warrants. She was taken to court.

January 8

8:12 a.m. The dog officer was advised of a barking dog reported on River Road.

8:34 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

9:40 a.m. A Nextel phone was reported found on Westford Street on Friday.

11:32 a.m. A minor vehicle accident with no personal injury occurred at West and Acton Streets.

1:09 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

1:56 p.m A vehicle accident was reported at the police station.

3:07 p.m. A bicycle was found in a snowbank on Munroe Hill Road.

8:30 p.m. Patrol assisted at Brook Street and Peter Hans Road where a DPW sander was stuck in the snow.

January 9

2:11 p.m. A minor vehicle accident occurred at Lowell Street and the state park.

2:38 p.m. The operator of a vehicle off the road on Bedford Road requested a tow to be winched out.
