October 25

7:15 p.m. NStar was advised of a power outage on South Street.

8:38 p.m. Items removed from a home in error during a separation process were returned to the police station to be picked up later.

October 27

12:12 p.m. Patrol advised at the scene of a dispute between an owner and a landscaper.

2:09 p.m. A Timothy Lane resident borrowed the Hav-a-heart trap.

3:20 p.m. Patrol investigated a report of erratic vehicle operation with a negative find. Chelmsford Police were advised.

6:08 p.m. A vehicle was stopped at Concord Street and Bingham Road. A summons was subsequently issued to a Carlisle resident for driving with a revoked registration, operating an unregistered vehicle and operating an uninsured vehicle.

October 28

12:02 p.m. An Acton Street resident reported a lost or stolen cell phone.

1:12 p.m. DPW was advised of debris in the roadway at Bedford Road and Stoney Gate.

2:11 p.m. A child's car seat was installed at the police station.

3:05 p.m. A dog was reported in traffic at Concord and South Streets. Patrol had a negative find.

5 p.m. A complaint was made at the station about a Republican holding a sign in the rotary after that area was designated off limits for safety reasons.

October 30

4:54 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

7:51 p.m. A Boston woman was stopped at Bedford and River Roads. She was subsequently arrested for DUI and released at 9:25 p.m.

October 31

7:43 p.m. A political sign on Bedford Road was damaged. The incident was logged.

7:58 p.m. A Kimball Road resident reported a dead animal on the doorstep.

A 91-year-old man was taken to Emerson Hospital with a possible heart attack. ALS was present at the scene.

October 28

5:31 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Concord Street residence.

October 30

4:54 p.m. A resident having chest pains was taken to the hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.
