October 18

10:37 a.m. A loose dog was found on Concord Street and brought to the pound. The dog officer was notified.

5:25 p.m. Patrol removed a squirrel from a woodstove on Bedford Road.

10:16 p.m. The Halloween Phantom made an appearance at Bedford Road and Maple Street.

October 19

11:15 a.m. An operator was cited for illegal passing on Bedford Road.

October 20

7:30 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

8:05 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a box alarm on East Street.

3:29 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a propane odor investigation on Hemlock Hill Road.

5:23 p.m. A past vehicle accident at Lowell Street and the Chelmsford line was logged.

10:10 p.m. Keyspan was advised of a gas odor on East Street.

October 21

10:21 a.m. Items being removed from a Concord Street residence were logged.

2:26 p.m. Patrol was present to keep the peace at the request of a sub-contractor on Maple Street.

6:24 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Lowell Street and North Road.

October 22

1:28 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Curve Street.

October 23

1:34 a.m. Patrol investigated a one-car accident on Bedford Road.

10:15 a.m. Vandalism to political signs at Concord Street and Indian Hill Road was reported and logged.

10:51 a.m. Two officers were called out by NEMLEC (Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council) for support at the Red Sox ball game.

1:47 p.m. A sex offender inquiry was made at the station.

October 24

6:01 p.m. Property on Bedford Road, previously reported as stolen, was located.

October 18

1:16 p.m. A 55-year-old carpenter amputated one finger and partially amputated two others in an accident involving a table saw. He drove himself to the police station and was taken to the hospital by ambulance and later transferred to Brigham and Women's.

11:35 p.m. A Westford Street caller reported an alarm sounding inside the building.

October 20

7:29 a.m. A five-month-old infant who sustained a possible arm injury in a fall with a parent was taken to the hospital.

8:05 a.m. An automatic box alarm from East Street was investigated.

3:29 p.m. A Hemlock Hill Road resident reported the odor of propane in the garage.

October 23

1:36 a.m. A vehicle accident occurred on Bedford Road, near the library. There were no personal injuries and no transport was provided.
