October 4

1:18 p.m. A possible erratic operator was stopped on East Riding Drive and advised.

5 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Tanglewood Way.

6:25 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Westford Street near the fire department.

October 5

7:38 a.m. A North Road resident reported two raccoons in the dumpster.

6:50 p.m. DPW was advised of a dead animal in the roadway at Concord Street and Indian Hill Road.

6:59 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Bedford Road and Maple Street.

October 6

9:02 a.m. A minor accident was reported on Bedford Road. The vehicles were gone on patrol's arrival.

October 7

7:14 a.m. A Lowell man was stopped at Concord Street and Buttrick Lane. He was subsequently arrested on an outstanding warrant from Charlestown for leaving the scene of vehicular damage to property and failing to report the incident. He was taken to the station and held.

12:11 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout at Lowell Street and the DPW.

4:35 p.m. A key was found at Lowell Street and the rotary. The owner was advised and picked it up.

October 8

11:53 a.m. A Curve Street resident reported a male possibly carrying a gun. Patrol had a negative find.

12:12 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a civil problem on Timothy Lane. An old girlfriend had returned to look for belongings. The resident reported she had never asked to have them back.

5:51 p.m. A resident turned in mace at the station.

9:14 p.m. A Bedford Road resident reported a political sign removed from the property.

October 9

8:10 p.m. A driver's license was found on Pheasant Hill Lane and returned to its owner.

October 10

12:30 p.m. The phone company was notified of a wire down on Acton Street.

7:58 p .m. Patrol responded to an automatic residential alarm. The situation appeared to be secure and the owner was so advised.

October 11

10:57 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on East Street.

5:34 p.m. A gas odor was reported on Rutland Street and Keyspan subsequently advised.

3:12 p.m. An 80-year-old man fell and sustained a possible hip injury. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

October 7

11:20 a.m. A Hutchins Road resident reported a fuel odor.

October 11

5:34 p.m. An odor investigation was conducted on Rutland Street.
