Watch for house breaks

Carlisle and nearby communities had a series of house breaks last week. Carlisle police advise residents to be alert and to notify police immediately of suspicious persons or events. The police number is 1-978-369-1155.

Atkins to host forum on affordable housing

Representative Cory Atkins is pleased to announce that she will be hosting a forum on Affordable Housing in Carlisle. The forum will take place on September 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the Carlisle Town Hall. A Representative from the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development will give a presentation on how the current 40B legislative proposal will affect the 14th Middlesex district The presentation will be followed by a question and answer period. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
