July 26

12:14 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

12:49 p.m. The operator of a vehicle that was putting flyers in mailboxes on Maple Street was advised.

5:43 p.m. DPW was advised of a stop sign down at Bedford Road and Stearns Street.

6:17 p.m. The state park ranger reported a vehicle break-in at North Road and the visitors center. The operator left her purse on the floor on the passenger side of the car. The theft is under investigation.

July 27

8:20 a.m. A family dispute on Heald Road was resolved by the parties involved.

4 p.m. A caller reported a former employee had used a truck without authority. The truck was later returned.

10:33 p.m. Medical transport to the Lahey Clinic was provided for a resident.

July 28

8:10 a.m. DPW was advised of a branch hanging in the roadway at Pope Road and the Acton line.

July 29

1:14 p.m. A Rutland Street resident made a sex offender inquiry.

5:44 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency

6:17 p.m. A found license plate was brought to the station and later picked up by the owner.

6:22 p.m. A breaking and entering on Evergreen Lane was reported and is under investigation. The break occurred during the day and jewelry was taken.

July 30

8:18 a.m. Dispatch made an RUOK check and subsequently transported an elderly resident to Emerson Hospital.

9:58 a.m. A Rodgers Road resident reported the theft of a mosquito magnet.

3:35 p.m. A child's car seat was installed at the police station.

9:59 p.m. Two Carlisle youths, aged 20 and 21, were arrested at Bingham Road and Pheasant Hill Lane. They were charged with being a minor transporting alcohol, possession of marijuana, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. There were also motor vehicle charges. They were released on their own recognizance and ordered to report to court.

10:23 p.m. NStar was notified of a streetlight out on South Street.

July 31

10:56 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a gas odor investigation on Brook Street.

12:48 p.m. The theft of cash and jewelry from a Patten Lane residence is under investigation.

1:30 p.m. NStar was advised of a town-wide power outage.

1:53 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a carbon monoxide investigation on Stearns Street.

2:35 p.m. A summons will be issued to the operator of a possibly stolen vehicle with revoked plates from another vehicle. No charges were filed against the owner of the vehicle.

4:48 p.m. A license plate found on Skelton Road was returned to the owner.

August 1

2:03 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene with medical transport to Emerson Hospital.

2:18 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

5:31 p.m. A disturbance and fight at North Road and Rutland Street was resolved by the parties involved.

7 p.m. Hudson, N.H. police requested help in looking for a party who left a note saying he planned to kill himself. The Carlisle search was negative and the party was later located in Boxborough.

August 2

4:57 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of an odor investigation on Overlook Drive.

5:38 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

August 3

9 a.m. An elderly female on Church Street appeared lost but checked okay.

9:59 a.m. Patrol attempted to serve a warrant on Patten Lane and had a negative find.

10:29 a.m. A warrant was served to a Patten Lane resident.

1:33 p.m. A summons will be issued to the operator of a car stopped on Maple Street. The vehicle was being driven with a revoked registration and was uninspected and uninsured.

5:53 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Lowell Street.

August 4

1:24 p.m. A Billerica man was stopped on Westford Street and subsequently arrested on an outstanding New Hampshire warrant. He was brought to court for extradition.

August 5

1:55 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a fire alarm on Fifty Acre Way.

2:30 p.m. An additional patrol was assigned because of recent breaking and entering activity.

7:20 p.m. Past credit card fraud was reported and referred to the inspector. The card had been taken from the mailbox and charges made to it although it was not activated.

August 6

11:10 a.m. A suspicious male reported on Nathan Lane checked okay. He was a solicitor and was advised.

4:36 p.m. A neighbor reported a Church Street resident needed help getting up and patrol assisted.

11 p.m. A vehicle was stopped on Bedford Road. Four minors, ages 17, 19, 19 and 18 were found to be in possession of alcohol and will be summonsed.

August 7

6:57 a.m. A deer was struck at Westford Street and the flats. It was dead and DPW was advised.

August 8

1:55 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

1:29 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a smoke investigation on Berry Corner Road.

2:20 p.m. DPW was advised of sand in the roadway at Berry Corner Road and Berry Corner Lane.

4:56 p.m. A found camera was brought to the station and logged.

7:52 p.m. Patrol assisted the Bedford Police in looking for a car.

August 9

1:41 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department on Berry Corner Road where smoke was reported coming from a structure. It was determined that the smoke was due to a furnace problem.

5:15 p.m. DPW and NStar were advised of a large tree hanging over Brook Street.

August 10

1:35 a.m. Carlisle patrol helped Westford Police set perimeters around the new golf course to address the problem of suspicious persons at the course.

11:08 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene with medical transport to Emerson hospital.

August 11

2:45 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Old North Road.

August 12

7:34 a.m. There was a townwide power outage.

9:05 a.m. Verizon was advised of a leaning pole on Concord Street

August 13

2:36 p.m. Subsequent to a vehicle stop at Lowell Street and North Road, an operator will be summonsed for operating after revocation of his license.

6:36 p.m. A cell phone was found on Westford Street and logged.

6:51 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Fern Lane.

7:28 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department with a water problem on Concord Street.

August 14

10:29 a.m. A message was delivered on Acton Street.

11:51 a.m. A BB gun was turned in at the station.

6:54 p.m. Carlisle patrol followed a vehicle into Westford and subsequently assisted the Westford Police in the arrest of the operator for driving with a suspended license and operating with a revoked registration.

11:11 p.m. Parkers at North Road and the canoe launch were advised to move on.

August 15

2:24 p.m. Patrol found a running motor on an unattended construction truck and shut off the ignition.

August 16

7:44 a.m. A possibly sick raccoon on Hillside Drive was put down.

8:30 a.m. Verizon was notified of low wires at Lowell Street and Morse Road.

8:44 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a box alarm at School Street and the First Religious Society.

August 17

12:38 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene at Curve Street and Cranberry Hill Lane where an injured bicyclist was transported to the hospital.

6:06 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of an appliance fire on Elizabeth Ridge Road.

7:14 p.m. DPW was advised that bushes were blocking the view at Bedford and River Roads.

9:39 p.m. A bat in the kitchen of a Sunset Road residence was removed.

August 18

4:06 a.m. The dog officer was advised of a barking dog complaint on Pine Brook Road.

9:26 a.m. Suspicious persons reported on a Russell Street property were determined to be surveyers. The incident was logged.

10:29 a.m. An open garage door at an East Street residence led patrol to do a housecheck. The situation checked okay.

12:07 p.m. A contractor at Westford Street and Rockland Road was advised that a pile of rocks in the roadway created a safety hazard.

August 19

2 a.m. Patrol conducted the monthly light survey.

5:56 p.m. A speeding dump truck on Acton Street was logged.

8 p.m. A Maple Street resident reported past stolen packages.

August 20

12:25 a.m. Patrol assisted the Concord PD in looking for a motor vehicle. They had a negative find.

1:26 a.m. A suspicious vehicle was found at Lowell Street and the DPW with its directional signal left on.

1:26 p.m. A man spray painting the roadway at Bedford Road and River Road was determined to be doing so for a bike race.

6 p.m. Patrol assisted a School Street resident with water running from a hose.

7:38 pm. Patrol assisted at the scene of a vehicle lockout on East Street.

August 21

1:03 a.m. Parkers at Curve Street and the bogs were advised to move on.

2:01 a.m. A juvenile reported missing was found okay.

12:54 p.m. A Stoney Gate resident reported a possible e-mail scam.

7:36 p.m. A wood chipper was stolen from East Street property. The matter was referred to the criminal bureau.

August 22

8:59 a.m. Police were informed that a juvenile, previously reported missing, had been found.

August 23

12 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

5:21 p.m. A cell phone was donated to the Carlisle Police.

11:05 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a medical problem: no transport was required.

August 24

1:30 a.m. A license plate was found on River Road.

10:57 a.m. Patrol responded to a three-car incident on Bedford Road. One car stopped suddenly where there was one-way traffic and the two following cars bumped the car ahead of them. There were no injuries.

7:15 p.m. Patrol removed debris in the roadway on Concord Street.

August 25

11:38 a.m. Patrol assisted an Orchard Acres Drive resident with a burst pipe.

2:16 p.m. A bicycle and a car were involved in an accident at Concord and Russell Streets. There was no personal injury.

5:10 p.m. A Lowell operator was stopped at Cross and South Streets. He was subsequently arrested for having no license, attaching plates, driving an unregistered vehicle, having a revoked registration, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to display a front license plate.

5:24 p.m. A truck was stopped at Westford Street for having an unsecured load.

August 26

10:53 a.m. An Acton Street resident reported past mailbox damage.

12:31 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency and with transport to the Lahey Clinic.

2:23 p.m. A Brook Street resident complained about a lawn being damaged. The incident, which was a civil matter, was logged.

5:47 p.m. A Russell Street resident complained about someone digging on their property.

August 27

1:29 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Lowell Street.

2:16 p.m. Patrol found a garage door open on Virginia Farme Lane. The house checked okay.

4:38 p.m. A helmet found on Westford Street was brought to the station, tagged and logged.

9:49 p.m. DPW was advised of trash bags in the roadway.

9:06 a,n, Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of an atomatic box alarm at the Wilkins Building.

August 28

3:21 p.m. A found wallet was brought to the station. The owner was notified and picked it up.

9:24 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency and with transport to Emerson Hospital.

10:34 p.m. An 82-year-old man who was bleeding was transported to Emerson Hospital.

4:06 a.m. Concord Fire Department requested an engine for a box alarm at Middlesex School in Concord.

5:44 p.m. An 11-year-old boy having difficulty breathing was taken to Emerson Hospital with ALS help at the scene.

8:27 a.m. An 88-year-old woman who was feeling weak was taken to Emerson Hospital by ambulance.

July 31

10:56 a.m. A Brook Street resident reported the odor of natural gas in the street.

1:54 p.m. A Stearns Street resident reported carbon monoxide alarm activation.

August 1

2:03 a.m.An 84-year-old woman fell and was taken to Emerson Hospital.

2:19 p.m. A 52-year-old man who was hyperventilating was taken to Emerson Hospital with ALS assistance at the scene.

August 2

4:05 a.m. A smoke detector activation on Patten Lane was investigated.

4:58 p.m. An Overlook Drive caller reported an unusual odor in the basement.

5:39 p.m. A man fell off a bicycle on Bedford Road and was taken to the hospital.

August 5

1:55 p.m. An alarm company reported smoke detector activation on Fifty Acre Way.

9:27 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation on Baldwin Road.

August 8

1:54 a.m. A 70-year-old woman who was confused and disoriented was taken to Emerson Hospital.

1:30 p.m. A caller reported smoke in a Berry Corner Road house.

August 9

12:37 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a West Street residence.

1:42 p.m. A caller reported smoke coming from a house on Berry Corner Road. Burner repairmen were on the scene.

August 10

11:09 a.m. A 54-year-old male fell from a bicycle on River Road. He was taken to Emerson Hospital.

August 13

7:21 p.m. A Concord Street resident reported two feet of water in the basement.

August 16

8:45 a.m. An automatic box alarm was received on School Street.

10:58 a.m. An automatic box alarm was received on School Street.

11:19 a.m. An automatic box alarm was received on School Street.

August 17

6:05 p.m. An Elizabeth Ridge Road caller reported a fire on the stove.

August 18

9:08 a.m. Concord Fire Department requested an engine for a box alarm at the Middlesex School in Concord.

9:47 a.m. An Elizabeth Ridge Road resident reported an audible alarm sounding.

August 21

4 p.m. An Indian Hill Road caller reported a tree fell on a barn.

August 23

12:01 a.m. A 91-year-old woman was taken to Emerson Hospital with back spasms, chest pain, and light-headedness. ALS assisted at the scene.

11:06 p.m. A three-year-old boy with difficulty breathing was taken to the hospital.

August 25

11:33 a.m. Concord Fire Department requested an engine for a box alarm at Middlexex School in Concord.

August 26

12:32 p.m. A 72-year-old man with back pain was taken to the hospital.

1:40 p.m. A fire department crew responded at the scene at Munroe Hill Road and Westford Street where a truck was leaking a small amount of hydraulic fluid.

August 28

9:06 a.m. An automatic box alarm was received from the Wilkins Building and the Carlisle Public School.

9:30 p.m. A 41-year-old man with possible hypoglycemia was taken to Emerson Hospital with ALS assistance at the scene.
