The Conservation Commission gave quick approval to three straightforward Notices of Intent to build, and okayed one Request for Determination with no requirement to file a notice:
• Swanson Lane. Applicant/owner David Erickson of Swanson Lane in the Tall Pines subdivision sought approval to install a 20,000-gallon fire cistern at the request of Fire Chief Robert Koning, who was present to support a location partially within the buffer zone. Approved.
• Curve Street. Robert Pauplis received a go-ahead for installation of underground utilities at 1400 Curve Street.
• Westford Street. Applicant/owner Peter De Gelleke, represented by engineer Jody Borghetti, proposed grading and repaving of a driveway at 252 Westford Street. Approved.
• Sunset Road. A Request for Determination was presented by engineer Jody Borghetti, representing Matthew and Jennifer Corbett, who wished to remove a paved driveway, construct a stone wall and replant the former driveway area. Approved without the need to file an NOI.
