Carlisle "goes Hollywood"
Lately, Carlisle has become a popular setting for a variety of film projects, including:
· Towle Field will be used this Sunday for filming a Revolutionary War re-enactment. (See the notice on page 1.)
· The former Lane house at the corner of South and Concord Streets is the location for an upcoming restoration by the This Old House television program.
· The Town Hall was the setting for a Concord-Carlisle League of Women Voters movie about using paper ballots. Carlisle is one of the few towns left in Massachusetts where people mark their votes on paper.
· Great Brook Farm State Park was used in early April as a setting in a film by Carlisle resident Adam Deyoe, being produced for a class he's taking at Emerson College.
