January 26

1:21 a.m. Patrol assisted a resident whose house was cold by turning the thermostat up.

8:53 a.m. The operator of a vehicle parked in a handicapped zone was advised.

5:02 p.m. The operator of a vehicle with a revoked registration will be summonsed.

January 27

2:07 p.m. A message was delivered to a company in Bedford.

2:27 p.m. A walkie talkie was found at Cross Street and Fielding Farm Drive. It was brought to the station and logged.

January 28

5:57 a.m. A wallet was found on Lowell Street and the owner notified.

11:19 a.m. A vehicle accident with a minor injury occurred on River Road. No transport was required.

2:07 p.m. A Martin Street resident reported attempted e-mail fraud. The scam, which has been reported in the papers and TV, consists of a notice that FDIC insurance has been denied because of a violation of the Patriot Act; and requests the person reading the e-mail to go to a web site and identify themselves, DOB, SSI number and so on. Residents who receive such an e-mail should report it to the Attorney General's office.

2:53 p.m. A two-car accident occurred at Curve Street and Forest Park Drive. There was no personal injury and patrol assisted at the scene.

2:56 p.m. Registration plates were returned to the resident whose registration was revoked for insurance reasons.

8:25 p.m. DPW was notified of icy roads.

9:20 p.m. A vehicle accident occurred on East Street.

January 29

8:09 a.m. A vehicle accident occurred at Maple Street and the Billerica line. There were no personal injuries and patrol assisted at the scene.

4:51 p.m. A Lowell Street resident reported a vehicle lockout.

January 30

1:33 p.m. A resident came to the police station to be fingerprinted.

5:45 p.m. Bedford Police were advised of snowmobiles on the Concord River at the Bedford line. It is illegal for snowmobiles to be on the river.

10:52 p.m. Patrol conducted the monthly street light survey.

11:20 p.m. A suspicious vehicle at North Road and the Duck Pond was advised to move on.

January 31

11:51 a.m. A sex offender inquiry was made at the station.

10:09 p.m. A suspicious vehicle on Bedford Road checked okay.

February 1

6:57 a.m. A cell phone was found at Lowell Street and the ski barn

9:10 p.m. A Rutland Street caller reported carbon monoxide alarm activation.

11:32 p.m. A Martin Street resident reported the house was full of smoke.

January 28

11:21 a.m. Callers on River Road reported a vehicle across the road with the operator complaining of back pain. No transport was furnished.

January 30

9:46 a.m. A 64-year-old woman fell and complained of feeling shaky. She was taken to Emerson Hospital.
