December 1

9:16 a.m. Possible gunshots and possible hunters were reported by a Prospect Street resident.

9:19 a.m. A warning parking ticket was issued for a vehicle parked at School Street and the Spalding Building.

1:55 p.m. A message was delivered directly to a Lowell Street resident.

3:11 p.m. Patrol investigated possible dirt bikes on Maple Street.

3:16 p.m. A tree in the roadway was removed by patrol.

3:40 p.m. A traffic counter was deployed at Lowell Street and Proctor Road.

4:15 p.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires on Russell Street.

4:22 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a carbon monoxide alarm on Russell Street.

5:05 p.m. A police officer assisted at the tree lighting at Westford Street and the rotary.

7:15 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Westford and Cross Streets. The deer ran off but was found later.

December 2

6:17 a.m. A Bedford Road resident fell and needed assistance getting up. There was no injury.

6:39 a.m. DPW was advised of icy roads.

7:18 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a minor vehicle accident at Cross and South Streets. There were no injuries.

7:31 a.m. A license plate was found on Cross Street and the owner notified.

8:56 a.m. A vehicle accident occurred at East Street and Milne Cove Road. There were no injuries.

8:57 a.m. A second accident occurred at East Street and Milne Cove Road. There were no injuries.

1:54 p.m. A West Street resident reported an ex-boyfriend had stolen her vehicle, credit cards and cash. A restraining order has been issued.

6:06 p.m. DPW was advised that the Town Hall parking lot was icy.

December 3

7:46 a.m. A Bedford Road resident reported the school bus was illegally passed. The matter was referred to the traffic division.

10:51 a.m. A North Road resident reported two damaged mailboxes. It was determined they were probably damaged by a skidding car.

2:45 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

3:26 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of an alarm investigation on Maple Street.

December 4

7:43 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Lowell Street.

1:33 p.m. A Log Hill Road resident reported a past harassing call. The incident was logged.

3:29 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a vehicle lockout at Morse Road and the transfer station.

3:43 p.m. Kids on the ice on School Street were advised.

10:55 p.m. A resident was arrested at the scene of a domestic dispute. He was later bailed on personal recognizance.

11:40 p.m. A Bellows Hill Road resident reported noises in the yard. Patrol had a negative find.

December 5

9:25 a.m. A Heald Road resident reported a lost UPS package.

11:40 a.m. Emerson Hospital reported a patient had been bitten by a dog in Carlisle. No more is known about the dog or the incident.

3:14 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout at Concord and Church Streets.

3:34 p.m. A written warning was issued for a fire lane parking violation on School Street.

3:42 p.m. The man who was reported having stolen a car on West Street on December 2 turned himself in at the station and was arrested. The vehicle was returned to the owner at 5:43 p.m.

3:53 p.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires at Berry Corner Road and Berry Corner Lane.

10:56 p.m. DPW was called out.

December 6

6:50 a.m. A vehicle went off the road at West and South Streets. There was no personal injury and the car was towed.

1:19 p.m. Patrol responded to a vehicle lockout on River Road.

1:47 p.m. A Timothy Lane resident requested a check on an injured bird; the bird flew away.

3:59 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a possible chimney fire on Concord Street. There was determined to be no chimney fire.

December 7

12:21 p.m. DPW was advised of icy road conditions at Hemlock Hill Road and Laurelwood Drive.

11 p.m. Carlisle furnished mutual aid to Westford at the scene of a vehicle accident in Westford.

11:29 a.m. Mutual aid was furnished to Concord. Concord requested an ambulance for an 80-year-old man with general weakness.

4:22 p.m. A Russell Street caller reported a carbon monoxide alarm sounding in the basement.

December 3

2:35 p.m. A 59-year-old man feeling ill was taken to Emerson Hospital by ambulance.

3:26 p.m. An alarm company reported activation on Maple Street.

December 5

4:55 p.m. A female with a possible broken nose was transported to the hospital.

9:55 p.m. Concord Fire Department requested an engine for a box alarm at the Middlesex School in Concord.

December 6

4:03 p.m. A Concord Street caller reported a possible chimney fire or flue problem.

December 8

7:30 a.m. A 66-year-old man was unconscious and was taken to Emerson Hospital with ALS assistance at the scene.
