November 17

12:36 a.m. A disabled vehicle in the roadway at Westford Street and the Westford line was determined to be in Westford.

11:09 a.m. A traffic counter was set up at West Street and Valentines' field.

2:48 p.m. The owner of a car blocking the school bus at East Street and East Riding Drive was advised.

3:40 p.m. Patrol assisted a parent who reported a child had not returned from school. It was discovered the child got on the wrong bus.

5:20 p.m. A message was delivered on School Street.

November 18

6:33 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene with medical transport to Emerson Hospital.

9:31 a.m. A final warning was given to the operator of a vehicle stopped on River Road.

9:55 a.m. Water flowing from a pipe at Carriage Way and East Riding Drive was determined to present no hazard.

10:57 a.m. A bylaw violation was reported to the building inspector.

3:39 p.m. A vehicle illegally passed a school bus on Bedford Road.

5:30 p.m. Concord Police conducted a police investigation in Carlisle and was assisted.

10:17 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a dispute on Bellows Hill Road.

November 19

11:20 a.m. Patrol checked out a possible hunting stand close to the road on Elizabeth Ridge Road. It checked okay and was determined to be a play fort.

November 20

4:27 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

1:59 p.m. Patrol made a well-being check on Maple Street.

2:55 p.m. Patrol assisted an elderly male on Bedford Road.

6 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Concord Street and the Concord line.

November 21

9:17 a.m. Illegal parking was reported on School Street.

11:26 p.m. An Oak Knoll resident reported a loud noise. It was determined to be a screaming animal.

November 22

2:28 a.m. An Aaron Way resident reported harassing phone calls and was advised.

2 p.m. A Lowell Street resident reported unwanted work done on their home. The incident is under investigation.

6:09 p.m. A Lowell Street resident reported a loud bang, possibly a gun shot. The situation checked okay.

10:16 p.m. An unlocked door on Westford Street was secured.

11:49 p.m. Carlisle assisted Concord Police at the scene of a vehicle accident in Concord.

November 23

8:48 a.m. A Hartwell Road resident reported a deer stuck in a fence.

11:02 a.m. A company badge was found and turned in at the police station.

9:47 p.m. A Carlisle fire crew assisted the Concord Fire Department at the scene of a structure fire in Concord.

November 18

6:31 a.m. A 49-year-old woman having a seizure was taken to Emerson Hospital by ambulance.

11:33 p.m. A 46-year-old woman was transported to Emerson Hospital for evaluation.

November 20

2:13 a.m. Concord Fire Department requested assistance at the scene of a box alarm at Middlesex School in Concord.

4:27 a.m. A 75-year-old man having a heart attack was taken to Emerson Hospital with ALS assistance at the scene.

November 22

4 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a West Street residence,

11:09 a.m. An alarm investigation was reported on Lowell Street.
