October 27

8:54 a.m. NStar was advised of a power outage on Virginia Farme Lane.

11:42 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene on Church Street where a small animal was stuck in a dryer vent.

11:48 a.m. An oil truck was found to have leaked oil from the Concord line to the Chelmsford line. The truck was not located. DPW was advised and put sand on the roadway.

October 28

12:59 p.m. A warning ticket was issued for a parking violation on School Street.

October 29

9:38 a.m. Patrol directed traffic and provided cover for DPW while they worked at Lowell Street and North Road.

12:09 p.m. DPW was advised of branches in the roadway at Cross Street and Bingham Road.

12:14 p.m. A branch in the roadway at South Street and Fifty Acre Way was removed by patrol.

12:35 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a wire fire on East Street.

6:32 p.m. A loud humming noise reported on Acton Street checked okay.

10:03 p.m. Loud yelling was reported from the scene of a one-car accident on North Road. A car ran into a tree; no one was injured, and AAA was enroute.

10:40 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Lowell Street and the Chelmsford line. The deer was put down.

October 30

7:06 a.m. A tractor trailer off-loading in the roadway on River Road was asked to move to the side of the road.

10 a.m. Members of the Carlisle Police gave a Halloween safety talk at the school.

10:54 a.m. A vehicle parked at North Road and the canoe launch was broken into while the operator took a walk. The incident is under investigation.

12:40 p.m. NStar was advised of a branch on the wires at Brook and Maple Streets.

9 p.m. A parent requested advice regarding pornographic e-mail sent to her child's computer address.

October 31

2:08 a.m. Patrol conducted the monthly light survey.

8:31 a.m. Two vehicles were reported having passed the school bus at Concord Street and Audubon Lane.

9:47 a.m. Police provided traffic control for the Halloween parade on Church Street.

5 p.m. Police provided traffic control for Halloween activities on School Street.

7:36 p.m. A missing red stroller was located at Fiske Street and Kimball Road.

11:30 p.m. A car hit a deer in Bedford and needed to be towed from Bedford Road and Brook Street.

November 1

1:04 a.m. A minor altercation was reported in the state park. Patrol had a negative find.

8:01 a.m. A man was found sleeping in a vehicle at Concord Street and Clark Farm Road. He said he was waiting for a friend and was advised to move on.

10:02 a.m. Trash was found in the roadway. The owner was determined and advised to remove it.

10:25 a.m. A person responsible for illegal burning on Rutland Street was advised.

11:08 a.m. DPW was advised of a sign knocked down at River Road and Foss Way.

11:31 a.m. A car was stopped on Cross Street and the operator found to be driving with a suspended license. He will be summonsed.

1:29 p.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires on Brook Street.

3:31 p.m. A lost cell phone in the Curve Street and Hutchins Road area was reported and logged.

7:19 p.m. The operator of a suspicious vehicle at North Road and the Duck Pond was advised.

November 2

11:01 a.m. A parking ticket with a fine was issued for a parking violation at School and Church Street.

11:09 a.m. A parking violation with a fine was issued for a parking violation on School Street.

4:59 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a fire alarm on West Street.

7:20 p.m. A lost elderly female on Westford Street was assisted.

10:17 p.m. A School Street resident requested advice about a civil matter.

12:36 p.m. Multiple callers reported a wire and tree on fire on East Street.

4:04 p.m. A tree and wires were on fire on Maple Street.

6:38 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation on Davis Road.

November 2

5 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation on West Street.
