September 29

1:05 a.m. DPW was notified of a rock in the roadway at Bedford Road and Brook Street.

9:08 a.m. A speed monitor was set up at Concord Street and Clark Farm Road.

10:46 a.m. Patrol provided cover for DPW at Concord Street and Clark Farm Road.

9:33 a.m. A warning ticket was issued for a parking violation at School Street and the Spalding Building.

4:00 to 6:01 p.m. 24 vehicle stops for speeding in a 25 mph zone were made in a traffic enforcement operation at West Street and the Westford line. Four officers were involved in the operation.

September 30

8:49 a.m. A possibly sick coyote was reported at Curve Street and Hutchins Road. Patrol had a negative fine.

10:22 a.m. A loose horse at River Road and Prospect Street was recovered by the rider.

11:41 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

2:52 p.m. Carlisle patrol assisted Concord Police in looking for two speeding motorcycles at Concord Street and the Concord line. They had a negative find.

4:26 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a vehicle accident at North Road and Rutland Street.

October 1

11:59 a.m. Trash was dumped in a resident's dumpster on Daniels Lane. The parties involved resolved the situation.

3:03 p.m. A resident reported a coyote in the yard at Westford Street and the Westford line.

October 2

2:43 a.m. Carlisle patrol assisted Concord Police in trying to locate a missing 17-year-old male. They had a negative find.

7:35 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at Virginia Farme Lane and Nathan Lane where a gas line was damaged.

9:50 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department on South Street at the scene of a carbon monoxide alarm.

12:50 p.m. A Robbins Drive resident complained about a barking dog and was advised.

8:04 p.m. A parking ticket with a fine was issued at Church Street and the Corey Building.

8:13 p.m. A parking ticket with a fine was issued at Church Street and the Corey Building.

8:18 p.m. A warning parking ticket was issued on School Street.

8:24 p.m. A verbal warning was given on School Street for a fire lane parking violation.

8:26 p.m. A warning parking ticket was issued at School Street and the Spalding Building.

October 3

9 a.m. A possibly sick coyote was reported on Curve Street.

11:04 a.m. An Oak Knoll Road resident reported past problems with a neighborhood dog.

3:22 p.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires on South Street.

October 4

10:57 a.m. Patrol assisted with Toys for Tots at Westford Street and the rotary.

2:41 p.m. A Lowell Street resident reported a coyote.

3:01 p.m. The speed limit sign at River and Skelton Roads was vandalized.

October 5

10:25 a.m. Patrol responded to a 911 hang-up call and found a dispute in progress which was resolved by the parties involved.

8:01 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a dispute on Hillside Drive. The situation was resolved by the parties involved.

11:42 a.m. A six-year-old boy fell from a swing at the Carlisle Public Schools. He was taken to the hospital, with ALS assisting at the scene.

3:30 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a South Street residence.

October 1

3:07 a.m. Concord Fire Department requested an engine for a box alarm at the Middlesex School in Concord.

4:55 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Westford Street location.

October 2

7:32 a.m. A work crew ruptured the gas service line at Virginia Farme Lane and Nathan Lane.

9:50 a.m. An alarm company reported carbon monoxide alarm activation at a South Street residence.
