September 22

9:56 a.m. Lawn mowers were dumped at the conservation lot at Maple Street and the Greenough Land. DPW was advised.

12:25 p.m. A traffic counter was set up on West Street.

2:13 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

4:12 p.m. Patrol assisted at Concord and South Streets where a paving crew was in the roadway.

September 23

2:56 p.m. A traffic counter was set up on West Street.

2:59 p.m. A tree in the roadway on West Street was removed by patrol. DPW was advised.

3:05 p.m. A suspicious vehicle on Page Brook Road proved to be a limo waiting to make a pick-up.

3:15 p.m. A past minor traffic accident on Bedford Road was logged.

5:40 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of an odor investigation on Daniels Lane.

7:11 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department with medical transport to Emerson Hospital.

7:15 p.m. An Aberdeen Drive resident reported a suspicious package. It checked okay.

September 24

10:25 a.m. The speed monitor was deployed at West and Acton Streets.

11:46 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene on Bedford Road where a tire was being changed on a disabled vehicle.

4:52 p.m. Patrol assisted with medical transport to Emerson Hospital.

11:04 p.m. Patrol secured an open door on East Street.

September 25

2:26 a.m. DPW was notified of a boulder protruding into the roadway on Bedford Road.

2:48 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on North Road.

4:39 p.m. Youths playing at the DPW were advised.

10:43 p.m. A complaint was received about loud music being played on West Street.

September 26

11:18 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a medical emergency.

4:21 p.m. A suspicious person was located in the Central Burying Ground (next to the police station) and proved to be someone gathering mushrooms.

5:07 p.m. An injured hawk was reported at Concord Street and the town line. Patrol had a negative find.

6:41 p.m. A tote bag was found at Bedford Road and the Banta-Davis Field.

10:16 p.m. DPW was notified of a tree blocking the roadway on Concord Street.

September 27

11:54 a.m. Concord requested assistance at the scene of a plane crash in Concord. Two officers responded to the call. (See story page 1)

2:33 p.m. A woman injured in a motorcycle accident on Bedford Road was taken to Emerson Hospital.

8:54 p.m. Persons responsible for loud music in the West Street area were advised.

9:18 p.m. A noise complaint was received about noise at a Lowell Street residence. The responsible party was advised.

September 28

3:19 a.m. Bedford Police requested assistance in locating a missing individual.

8:05 p.m. Patrol conducted a street light survey.

11:32 p.m. A tree down on West Street was removed from the roadway.

1:33 p.m. Investigation of possible malfunctioning of carbon monoxide detectors on Concord Street.

2:13 p.m. An elderly woman fell and sustained a possible leg injury. She was taken to the hospital.

September 23

5:41 p.m. A Daniels Lane caller reported the odor of natural gas in the house.

7:12 p.m. An 80-year-old man who was shaking and breathing heavily was taken to the hospital. ALS assisted at the scene.

September 24

4:52 p.m. A 35-year-old female was taken to the hospital with a possibly dislocated wrist.

September 26

11:18 a.m. A man with a possible allergic reaction to a bee sting was taken to the hospital, with ALS support at the scene.

September 27

11:24 a.m. Concord requested mutual aid at the scene of a plane crash off Monument Street in Concord.

12:52 p.m. Concord requested an engine for station coverage at their Fire Station #1. The engine returned to Carlisle at 5:03 p.m.

2:34 p.m. A 44-year-old woman involved in a motorcycle accident on Bedford Road was taken to the hospital with a possible broken ankle.

September 28

8:05 p.m. An alarm company reported smoke detector activation at a Bedford Road residence.
