Concord-Carlisle High School choral and drama director Chuck Brown and CCPOPS fundraising chairwoman Carol Jamison sit at one of the two new pianos purchased for the CCHS music department. $25,000 in donations was raised by CCPOPS to replace the school's worn-out pianos with concert-quality ones. The concert to dedicate the pianos is Sunday, September 28, at 7 p.m. at the high school. Tickets are $10 and are available at Daisy's Market, the West Concord 5&10, Video Revolution, The Cheese Shop and the Toy Shop. (Courtesy photo)

IT'S A WRAP. Carlisle School Association volunteers demonstrate some of the styles offered in this year's gift wrap sale, held to benefit the Carlisle Public School. The sale formally ends today, but orders will be taken until at least October 10 (see press release below). (Courtesy Photo)
